This place is an absolute SCAM!!! DO NOT buy ANYTHING from them. They charge thousands of dollars for products that don't work after a VERY HARD sell. They have NO RETURN POLICY but don't tell you this up front and are very aggressive with their con to get you to buy their products. I repeat...DO NOT buy anything from this horrid company. They simply are stealing your money. You will regret setting foot in their store or visiting their website.

If it were possible to give this brand zero stars, that's what I would do. Their sales people lie and give the hard sell. Unfortunately I paid $400 for a bottle their eye cream, which was followed by pressure to buy more products. The products started at $7,500 and was dropped over and over again until the price reached $1,600. I told the pushy salesperson I needed to talk to my husband before I made a major purchase and she was very disrespectful about that. Run, do not walk when anyone from Kristals approaches you. They are running a con job. This occured at the Tampa store.

Extremely (by $1,000s) overpriced. Products do not work. They will pressure you, bring in your mother, and price haggle. They assured 100% guarantee and DID NOT BACK IT UP. You will get different information each time you go in. I would not recommend them at all. They claim there are backed by NASA technology. Cannot find that anywhere. They blow through the before and afters. They do not allow returns—exchanges only—but do not have the return policy posted.

STAY AWAY!!! IT’S A SCAM! My elderly mother was whisked away from me while were shopping at a mall in Tampa. The woman did her little presentation with an eye cream. Raved on and on about how it decreased my mother’s wrinkles. My mom is 70 BTW. Immediately knew it was a scam when she dropped the price from $1k to $400. I explained to the lady that my mother is retired and that’s a lot of money. Next thing she begins attacking me for not letting my mother make her own decision. Then she offers this $1,000 product for $150! At that point, we’re trying to leave and she becomes even ruder. My mom finally caved and willfully paid the $150. After reading the other comments, I agree! They purposely target elderly women and take advantage of their niceness and politeness.

Do NOT go to the Kristals store in the Seminole Hard Rock Casino....it is a scam...the product is useless and expensive..the customer service is terrible and the employees and owner could care less about you...just how much you intend to spend!

Initially I was happy. The eye serum seemed to work but the vial broke at home. Still used it but did not get the same results. I was wisked back at the store for a facial treatment apparently designed by NASA and it did a fair job on my Rosacea however the price for the machine was around 8500 dollars!!! Said nope...walking out and the guy said he could sell it to me for about 1500 because the box was dented. I won't be shopping there again.

I went to the Kiosk at Hard Rock Casino. Results were amazing. Price was horrible I paid $400. for the night serum and polisher. Checked on line and products sold for 1/2 of the price. Sales persons are making some big money 50% commission

I was lured into the KRISTAL store in St. Agustin Florida, salesman applied a serum product under my left eye and it shows some improvement compare to other eye. I have been told that it is SPECIAL SALE, and could buy this collagen Syringe for $148, and also get Kristal cream for my neck. Salesman showed the website where Syringe price was $990. I Took a bite!! SCAM,SCAM! YOU CAN BUY SAME PRODUCT FOR $85 - $88 with free shipping. When they charged your credit card you Don't see the amount, you sign on the screen and then finally get receipt FOR $200 + tax!! I am lucky, some buyers was SCAMMED $2000. Neck cream - ROCK CRYSTAL Refining Moisturizer was FOR Oily skin, which I don't have. I tried to use Mars Wrinkle Correcting Solution (Syringe) - light brown liquid was comming out NOT from the tip but at the base of nozzle through the edge. TOTAL SCAM. And during COVID time, being very close to consumers faces, The salesman WERE NOT WEARING FACE MASK! I should have RUN AWAY..SCAMMERS!!

This brand keeps astonishing me in a positive ways. First off their skincare products are top of the line. Recently I purchase Diamond Serum and Diamond Foaming Milk. Both of these products excelled my expectations. At this price point you dont want to be tricked or disappointed but Kristals products delivered. 5 stars to the brand. I can definitely recommend it.

Kristals is one of only 2 places where I shop for skincare and the major reason why I love Kristals is the ingredients and formulas they use. They are way better then other brands that sell products at the same price point. Obviously the results say it all! Love Krisals. 5 out of 5!

This company changed a lot during this pandemic but they kept their best qualities. The best of them is wonderful customer service.

I was surprised how easy it was to exchange products that I purchased online. Kristals team worked really efficiently with my request and I was able to get new products in a week after sending them my old products. 5 starts for customer support

I love Kristals products however I feel really compassionate with other reviewers that mentioned poor customer service from this company. I was given a set of Kristals products as a gift and have to say-their products are amazing. They are extremely pricey but so worth the price tag. After a couple of months I bumped into a Kristals kiosk in Cancun and was shocked to find out how they actually market their products. Their salesperson was extremely rude and "tough". Ever since then I only shop on their website. Kristals product get 5 stars, their marketing and sales get 1, thus have to give them 4.

Yes,It was a joy to find out about Kristals. I've tried multiple night creams within the last 10 years but non have worked so wll for me as Kristasl's did. But that was just the beginning. After using their night cream I've decided to try their Oil Free Hydrating Cream and it worked like a charm for me. I can definitely recommend this company.

Great Holistic Skincare Brand. I am so happy to discover this gem. Its a must have for everyone who is trying to achieve a real holistic fashion of life.

I've tried Kristals a couple of years ago and recently was visiting LA and stumbled upon Kristals products. Just like the last time I got Kristals Sapphire Set which includes this amazing lifting eye cream and it did not disappoint again. The only downside is the price point. You have to be ready to spend thousands on this skincare. But well worth it.

Great experience in Kristals cosmetics store last week. I was out with friends and one of sales representatives invited us to come in and check out their products. I was treated like a Queen.I did purchase a couple of their products and will update my review after a few weeks of using them. Hence 4 stars that might turn into 5

Impressed with the company and impressed with the their products. i was visiting Miami on a business trip 2 weeks ago and visited Grand Opening of another Kristals store. Was very impressed with the occasion and management. Also got to try some of their products and heard great things about them. I took a few samples home and they turned out to be very potent.

Makes a great gift for you loved one. I gave Kristals Aventurine set to my spouse which consisted of 3 items. On top of that they offered a complimentary session with a cosmetologist in their store. Its been 2 months since then and my wife is extremely happy with these products. Heard only good things from her about this brand.

Horrible! I wish I could give this deceptive company negative stars. They violate FTC regulations with false advertising, bait and switch tactics, aggressive sales tactics, and their products are not organic as they claim, but contain harsh chemicals that are known irritants with carcinogens. I was ripped off 2 grand and denied a refund. They have their no refund sign at their small podium in the corner. However, you do not see this when you purchase the products as they have you in a spa chair giving you a “ free facial”
And then charge your credit card before you can see there is no refund! Just google the complaints not only here but all over the country for the same deceptive practices selling horrible crap at outrageous prices. They aggressively solicit in the street to bring you in and ply you with lame free samples of skin cream in a micro packet. They are pros at targeting tourists who are walking alone, tired, older women etc. It is atrocious! These products caused me to have a severe skin allergic reaction. I called requesting a refund only to be told “ nothing in their products would cause a reaction, that it must have been something I ate! “ Scores of complaints have been launched against this horrible corporation which has locations all over the country and internationally. Beware also that they go by a plethora of names, Light Beauty LLC, Adore Organics Cosmetics, Minerals, and Kristals Cosmetics etc etc! They do this to deceive and further confuse vulnerable consumers. There was a settled class action lawsuit in Florida from 2016 to 2018. The staff is very rude if you request a refund, cold hearted and greed driven. Please, please avoid this business like the plague.
