I didn't realize I was going to be charged a fee on my credit card as well. This makes the savings 20% less.

Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry the credit card fee wasn’t clear when you signed up. This is a bank processing fee that applies when paying by credit card.
You can avoid this fee by switching your payments to direct debit, so you can get the full benefit of your Kora fuel savings.

Not the cheapest even after discount
I find that New World and sometimes, even U-Go, are is cheaper, rendering my Kora discount useless because it doesnt get used. Yet, I still have to pay a monthly subscription.

Great customer service
My account declined which I later found out I had typed it incorrectly but instead of just blocking the cards and sending the horrible emails everyone hates getting. I got a lovely txt that I simply replied to that I would put money on my card and then got a nice thank you.
They gave you a chance to figure it out rather then threaten you with emails.

Too soon to tell
The first time I tried to use my card it didn’t work so I had to pay full price. The third time I used my card the transaction was cancelled and I had to start again. I’ve only had one experience where it worked seamlessly, but I need more of these. It would be great to have an app that allowed me to pay from the car then I wouldn’t get so wet when it rained.

Amazing staff and assistance
Had an issue with one of my cards the lady was extremely helpful and has issue a new one as well as increased my daily limit as requested without hesitation

All went well till I got the new cards
All went well till I got the new cards. Tried them at a two Local Waitomo & not so local Mobil. Cards wouldn't work. On trying to get help your Chat Bot made out it must have been my fault so .... Bye Bye Kora
