The pots and pans are really good quality, durable, but light, so easy to use and clean. They all arrived well packed and quickly. I'm very happy with them and am happy to recommend them.

Poor Customer Service
Have yet to receive item but it is not yet delayed. However, tracking information is non existent and what exists does not work which is worrying as they are delivering knives. Customer services must be staffed by inexperienced individuals who are great at “ reaching out” 🥴 but not much help in reality.

Do not use.
Purchased the pre seasoned ready to use non stick griddle pan. Bacon stuck to pan and pan burnt on medium heat. Rubbish

Poor quality
Bought the £65 marble kitchen cookware set and am highly disappointed.
The handles were loose and needed tightened before use. The lids do not fit any of the pans and are easily breakable, and the plastic utensils are flimsy and thin and ping food everywhere when using.
I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on this product.
Amazon also decided to leave this right outside our front door in full view and it could easily have been stolen.

Blunt knife but no return
I bought a Wusthof Classic 8" cook knife from Koch and Kochin. I appreciat that the knife was delivered promptly. However, the knife was unexpectedly blunt and I can't help to sharpen it after 2 days of use. No one would accept such a knife at this price....
Is it a very old stock that got blunt for long storage? Is it because of the poor QC from Wusthof? Is it even a fake Wusthof? I don't know. All I know is I can't return the product for refund as one of the refund condition is that the product must be "unopened and unused". That doesn't make sense. If you don't open and try it, how do you know the product is faulty?
Would never buy from Koch and Kochin again!
