I have had many lease with Koalafi
I have had many lease with Koalafi. I was down to may last payment. Someone got a hold of me debit card and my banking information. I have always paid my lease with in 100 days. But with my latest lease due to the error Koalafi does not want to work me. They want me to go 12 months. I refused to go 12 months. I was down to my last payment $93.21, and they do not work with me. Bad Customer services and bad management. You can never get someone on the line that listen or speak good.

I talked to Destiny in customer service…
I talked to Destiny in customer service this morning and she corrected what could have been a financial mistake in a matter of seconds. She was very professional, understanding and made the whole process simple. Her customer service is much needed. I would choose to talk to her anytime I have a problem if possible.

Process is easy enough but cant log in to account, contacted customer service multiple times about log in issue and they supposedly escalated to tech to try again in 24hrs never works so i have to call to make any changes or even to just review account.

I didn't know who Koalafi was i was looking for the name Ashley for my payment out of my account I was sure it was the price out of my account for the month but not the name so I went to my bank to be sure after I called from my bank I was more relieved the name just confused me that's all.
