ABSOLUTE WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTE
This is the worst financial institution I have ever experienced and I am disgusted. I also initially did reach out to customer service about my concerns, but they were ignored and that was that. Then they reached out to me by phone and left a message seemingly wanting to figure it out and when I called back I was met with a very rude person. That instead, wanted to clarify what I signed and agreed to during a very stressful and low moment where their polices were not properly explained to me. I’d rather take a loan from a loan shark.

but let me list at least #3 reasons why this company is terrible. #1 Whatever company/dear ship you're getting your car fixed at, will most certainly pressure you to get it fixed at your lowest point of the day when you're short on cash. and they suddenly have koala out of the blue. And, weirdly enough, they accepted your approval? Do they accept bad credit too? If they do, no one is secure since they are hoping you will fail to complete your payment on time. I don't think I was aware of the 90-day period until I read some of the reviews here. I jumped from $3800 in repairs for engine parts to $7800 in 10 months, more than doubling the cost with clean automatic success record. #2 What is the APR RATE if you are unable to make the payment within 90 days? This should have been BOLDED so we are aware. I still can't find it on their shitty agreement papers. This must be the hidden "fee." It's best not to know, they say. I cried that day/yesterday but that's not going to change anything. And finally, #3. (F)lagged by Tr(u)stpilot. (Koalafi)

First off
First off, that first "sneek" payment of $40 taken almost immediately. I, mean, come on, really? No warning, no anything. I didn't like that.
And let's not talk about the outlandish payments. Why so high? I'm on disability for goodness sake! They're just so much but I absolutely love my purchase so I'll pay for it no matter what.

Too high APR rates
Too high APR rates, forces a ridiculous price if you do not pay fully in 90 days. Automatically pulls money out of account without notice. Just horrible program of assistance that take advantage of people's situations just to make a coin.
