We take customer concerns seriously, but we also need to clarify the facts of this situation. At the time of your transaction, the terms of service—including processing timelines, refund timeline, chargeback, payment processing etc —were presented and agreed to prior to payment being completed. Our service does not guarantee immediate same-day bill payment in all cases, and this is disclosed during the process.
After your payment was submitted, you contacted us requesting a refund and we initiate a refund but you subsequently filed a dispute with your bank. More importantly, once a dispute is initiated, the funds are immediately withdrawn from our account by the financial institution as part of their investigation process. Because of this, we are no longer in possession of those funds and are unable to issue a separate refund. Doing so would result in a duplicate refund—one through the dispute process and another directly from us. We strongly encourage you to continue working directly with your bank to resolve the dispute THAT YOU FILED, as they now control the outcome and final determination of the funds.
