We settled for KMC Legal (Wirral branch) for our first house purchase.

I heard horror tales from known ones about their experiences with solicitors, so I was amazed by how smooth my experience of buying my first home was.

Lorna, Emily and Emma provided top notch service and were prompt to reply to all of our queries.

As a bonus, they were always extremely friendly.

I couldn’t recommend KMC legal enough.

Before buying a house I was told how unreliable solicitors can be and there would be a constant need to chase them up over things, however in Rachael’s case this couldn’t be further from the truth! She worked efficiently and kept me updated constantly so I knew exactly where we were at, if I ever had any queries she was always on hand to offer me support and guidance and I couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I can only praise kmc for the hard work, compassion and dedication during what turned out to be a tough case purchasing my new home. Sulin was amazing keeping me up to date and her dedication was to the end when she called me to say we had completed. Though I did not speak with Ben much he was doing his job in the background and pushing for things to be done, but was excellent when I spoke with him. Last but no means least Paige on reception, Paige was always at the end of the phone updating me and also just a friendly voice on the phone when things got tough and there were some tough moments I thought I would lose my house.
