I am using this company for my conveyancing which started off really well, but unfortunately my purchasers solicitor for my property has asked some questions, to which I have replied over a week ago , unfortunately the answers have not been passed on to my purchasers solicitor which is causing a lot of upset especially to the couple who want to move in at the end of November. I have left messages and emails and phone calls, but still no answers I am not very happy

Our Conveyancer Kelly Hulley was really helpful and understanding at a difficult time for us in selling our mum's home and subsequent late mum's home. She was very professional as well having empathy for our situation. Would highly recommend her services.

We dealt with Laura Cameron at JS Law who was brilliant from start to finish - we had a slightly complicated sale and Laura managed to get everything finalised for us. She was always on hand to answer our calls and emails and we couldn’t have got the sale through without her expertise and knowledge.

I found the eway app rather frustrating at times as a 77 year old who is not particularly up to date with modern technology. Without the help and guidance of my Conveyancer, Charlotte Strong I am not sure the outcome would have been successful in the timescale. The 4 stars reflect her input into this sale, but I would have awarded her 5***** especially for her quick responses when things were getting difficult.

We had a tight deadline for our purchase and Faizah drove all parties to achieve this on time. If there was one improvement to make it would be the portals uploaded files names. There was multiple files with the same name so searching became tricky.
