Excellent service throughout
Service was excellent - very prompt and helpful communications and I love the ring - exactly what I was expecting. Only comment I would make is that it would have been helpful to have been alerted to the application of additional import taxes as they are very steep in relation to the value of the ring and knowledge of this up front may have influenced my decision to purchase from you.

There was no warning from Klentoa that…
There was no warning from Klentoa that I would get charged an extra £200 from customs when my purchase arrived in the UK It wasn’t a sum of money I had budgeted for just before Christmas and I struggled to pay them and claim the engagement ring. The ring was beautifully made all be it a lot smaller than I was expecting.

Delighted with the ring and the service
Great communication from the start. The ring I bought for my wife is beautiful and she loved it.
Astonishingly it was delivered the day after it was ordered, from Prague to the UK in one day, what great service.

If ordering to the UK expect to pay a customs fee on the items (I knew to expect this, however, just posting in case anyone was unaware).
Product is amazing quality and looks brilliant.

Gorgeous jewelry & good customer service!
I really liked the clean yet luxurious designs, so I chose KLENOTA for my first ever diamond jewelry. I picked out a necklace but it was too short, thankfully the customer service offered to craft the necklace for me with a longer chain for a small fee. Now it fits exactly the way I want and it's so beautiful, I love it! :) After the necklace was crafted, it arrived very quickly too.

It's a beautiful ring but extra fees after shipping
It's a beautiful ring, but I bought it in the UK. On their website, you choose the county where you want to send the product, so I was sure that the amount contained all fees. I was surprised when I received an email from the courier saying I had to pay fees and taxes.

Rücksendeprozess und Kosten
Zum1. bestellt und vom Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch gemacht. Zum einen gehen die Kosten der Rücksendung zu Lasten des Käufers!! Auf der Homepage gibt es ein entsprechendes Formular und zwei Adressen für Rücksendungen sind angeführt. Eine Adresse in Deutschland und eine Adresse in Österreich. Ich habe an die Adresse in Österreich das Paket geschickt. Nun erfahre ich per Mail aufgrund meiner Rückfrage von Klenota, dass diese Adresse in Österreich nicht mehr gültig ist sondern nur noch eine Adresse in Tschechien! Das ist unfassbar. Nun kann ich dem Paket nachforschen wenn es die Adresse in Österreich nicht mehr gibt und versuchen, hoffentlich wieder retour zu erhalten. Und dann wieder auf meine Kosten nach Tschechien versenden. Das ist absolut untragbar. War meine erste und absolut letzte Bestellung bei Klenota.
Update: Paket nun nach Tschechien geschickt und Kosten: € 15,96 die vom Kunden zu bezahlen sind!!!
Keine Kaufempfehlung daher bei Klenota
Update 1.6.24 Klenota hat nun sehr schnell und kundenorientiert reagiert! Die Rücksendekosten wurden mir zur Gänze überwiesen! Und auch nach Erhalt der Ware wurde mir sofort das Geld rücküberwiesen. Die Rücksendeadresse auf der HP wurden ebenfalls korrigiert. Insgesamt daher eine Empfehlung für eine weitere Bestellung.

Boucles d'oreilles vite cassées
Boucles d'oreilles renvoyées car cassées au bout d'une semaine, frais de renvoi + 60 euros à notre charge pour pouvoir être remboursés.
Avant l'envoi, nous avons voulu faire examiner les boucles par un bijoutier qui nous a indiqué que probablement le taux en or est moins important que ce que l'entreprise affirme.
La présentation était très négligée, reçues dans un vulgaire sac plastique, loin d'être conforme aux photos.
Une grande et amère déception, vraiment.
