A dissatisfied customer
You should make it VERY clear on your website, shopping cart check-out, etc. that US purchasers will pay shipping duty from UPS, the carrier you use. The package was in the US when I was notified that before delivery I owed $111, on top of the $48 you charged me. This was my 4th purchase from Klenota and your shipping fee has always covered delivery. This was also my LAST Klenota purchase! Buyer beware; shipping can add $150 to your total!

We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the additional charge on your order.
The fee you paid to UPS was a customs duty, not a charge from us. This is standard procedure for any shipment delivered outside the EU — customs duties are collected by the carrier upon delivery, and their amount depends on the value of the order. It is not something we receive or are able to charge on our side.
We do provide information about customs duties on our website, which you can find here - https://www.klenota.com/p/Shipping-Payment#world.
That said, we completely understand your frustration, and we'll take your feedback on board to make this information more visible during checkout so future customers know what to expect before they order.

Single Diamond + White Gold
The single diamond + white gold was absolutely stunning in person. I was a bit skeptical with ordering my engagement ring online from Czech to the US, but the customer service was on top of it the whole way through and it was easy to make the payment to UPS for customs. Because of customs it took a few days longer even with the express delivery, but luckily it was ordered in advance to avoid unexpected delays and problems. I’d say the ring was well worth the value and the ordering experience was as good as it can possibly be.

Czech/American friends beware of this store/website
Too bad I cannot leave a 0-star review. My American and Czech friends/buyers beware! I stupidly relied on a relative to purchase a 60th birthday gift and he found a necklace set on their website. Apparently 16 inch (aka choker) is a standard size and the thickness of the necklace is laughable. They clearly altered the pictures on the "models" to make it look larger, the size was pathetic. Since my relative missed the return window (the gift was purchased in advance of her birthday party) she was hoping for an exchange, but they refused to do anything. Furthermore, the manager at Prague store was dismissive, unprofessional and "offered" an additional purchase as a "solution". As if I would ever purchase another piece of garbage from them or pay for extending the joke of a Dollar Store necklace they sold us. Do yourself a favor and do not shop at their Staromestske Namesti store in Prague and DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY from their website. They are scammers!

The jewelry is beautiful......at first
The jewelry is beautiful......at first. It is guaranteed not to fade or discolor. When it does, just weeks after receiving, no refund is to be had. Because the bracelet is not in its original shape and in packaging, the company will not issue a refund. If it looked the same as when I opened it, I wouldn't need a refund.
