Ordered an anklet which didn’t fit even though the Facebook ad assures people that they will fit plus size ankles. I have asked for a return but they are reluctant to provide a contact number which is required for goods to be returned. Emails back and forth - I keep receiving the same response, return details minus the contact number. One email response, once a day (around late evening) and then nothing else until the next evening. No refund possible without a contact number but I think they know this and was their plan all along.

Deceptive and unprofessional.
I made 2 separate orders, I was charged postage on both and yet the order was delivered as one.
I emailed to query why, and Luke Nevares replied with some absolute rubbish about the courier still charging them for the 2 parcels even when they’ve been added together into one with a minuscule amount of weight added. If I could post the screen shots, I would!
Now Luke’s name might ring a bell if you’ve checked the reviews on here.
That’s right, he’s made a fraudulent trust pilot review for Klerona on here.
Aside from all that, the bracelet was a beautiful but the 2 ankle bracelets colour doesn’t ’t look like the ones in the advertisement, the gold is very orangey and cheap looking

They send you faulty goods, and when you try to get your money back they put so many obstacles in your way you give up as for the review on Trustpilot at the moment by Luke Nevares this man he works for the company so not a true review stay clear.

They have a great selection and I got all items on time as said in the description of the shipping. I even had one defective item and they replaced it free of charge.
