we ordered a kitchen uplift and paid our deposit after 2 lengthy visits (the second being 2 hours late with some excuse similar to the others I've seen on the site). We were then told we had to have it done within 4 weeks and this was non negotiable. Our elderly mother in law is having a knee replacement in that time and we are needed elsewhere so we were very open about this with the salesman (LA, Thames valley area) who deliberately did not tell us about the 4 week thing despite numerous opportunities. he even 'signed' our contract for us agreeing to these terms without showing it to us. he also asked for our bank details, in hindsight a real no no.
We asked to delay or withdraw and were told no rather brusquely until we stood fast, took legal advice and insisted. Lo and behold they then backed down and did refund us. We wasted at least a day overall and would recommend caution as we felt like we had been well and truly misled by the salesman LA and the company only relented when we threatened legal action (and meant it)

From my first enquiry I felt confident in the whole procedure. The designer was honest and extremely helpful and didn't try to alter my vision of how I wanted my kitchen to look. I was also able to request some new cupboards to be built along with the replacement doors and worktops. It was brilliantly done by two lovely fitters, Jorden and Lewis, who worked so hard to get things done in a professional way. My kitchen looks completely different and considering it was mainly the cupboard doors and worktops replaced, the effect is outstanding. Every aspect of the work was done in a professional and friendly way by all the team.

Had our Kitchen cupboards done.,and I have to say we were so pleased with the results. Our kitchen fitter Sanjay Bojraf was absolutely excellent fine detailing work was superb,came early and started straight away so hard working with great results we are so pleased,nothing was too much for him and even cleaned up after each day. So yes would highly recommend Kitchen Magic 🎩 ✨️ and in Particular Sanjay as the Fitter. Thank you 😊

With regards to the fitting Luke and Matt were polite,on time,really hard working especially taking into account the heat.They were very capable and skilled and treated us and the house with respect.
The refurbished kitchen is absolutely beautiful and was well worth doing.

Absolutley brilliant,in and out in less than a day,an amazing job,attitude,politeness of the fitter could not have been better.He hoovered and cleaned in and out,other than a new kitchen you would not know we had any work done.Can only give Kitchen Magic the highest of recommendations.Ordered on a Monday and fitted the following Monday.Thankyou very much..

Fitters Wlod and Jakub were brilliant clean workers and totally efficient.We are very pleased.

Persuaded my 88 year old mum to get a revamp instead of a full blown brand new kitchen mainly due to upheaval and disruption of weeks of ripping out and re fitting and also cost. Literally spend a evening clearing work tops and taking a few bits out the cupboards mainly by the hinges and it took a half a day for one lovely chap to fit the doors, kick boards and pelmets and he popped back next morning to finish off. Quality of product is very high and lovely finish to the doors. Absolutely no complaints from getting quotes, to suryver to fittings, which was all done and dusted within a week and absolutely no stress at all for my mum who is really happy with a brand new looking kitchen.

Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. Rob who came out initially gave some very useful suggestions/ideas. A week later the surveyor.
The fitter (Rimas?) was excellent with great attention to detail and worked incredibly hard.
I’m very pleased with the look of my kitchen. The whole process was very straightforward.
If I had one concern it was that a lot of money was paid ‘upfront’. In my case it proved not to be a problem as things went smoothly.

We recently had our kitchen doors replaced by Kitchen Magic and couldn't be happier with the result. From the initial consultation through to the installation, the whole process was smooth, professional and really well organised.

I had my kitchen done was great. There is one thing I would say I had draining board done. Not happy at all. I had a lot going on and didn't notice till after. Make sure you check everything within 7 days .that is all they give you. I called after about mine and wouldn't do anything about it. So be careful and check everything. I won't recommend them

Good initial contact but no clear video of what the kitchen would look like?
Had to change a couple of bits which caused the automated payment system to blow a fuse!!
Fitter was very good, friendly and tidied up nicely once finished.
Would recommend to others.

Simple process from quote to finished product. Within 2 weeks we had completed the transformation of our kitchen.
Our fitter Kesh was great and couldn’t be more helpful, professional and today.

I requested a brochure from Kitchen Magic and received a phone call to book in, they were a bit pushy but I decided to book to have my kitchen priced up. Just before we ended the call (after confirming time and date of visit) the man on the phone asked "Do you have a husband or boyfriend" ... I asked why that was relevant to the booking, he said it was to determine Miss or Mrs - could have just asked that.

So I later cancelled as felt weird that I was asked if a man would be in the home when I am visited by another man.

Since then I have had calls to book me in again and when I politely said I wasn't interested they just immedately hung up, no niceities or anything.

Clearly the sales people are under immense pressure if they can't waste 5 seconds being polite.

Edit following their response: I’m sorry I can’t provide further information as it asks for an order number and won’t let me submit the form without one. (I didn’t get as far as ordering as was unhappy with communications). Thank you for a respectful reply… but also speaking to a woman and asking if there’s a man around as a decision maker? Still a bit dodgy. What if I was a lesbian? Maybe ask if there’s a partner who wants to be present?

From initial contact to completion of the job , Kitchen Magic were extremely professional, efficient and extremely fastidious. The fitter Sanjay was courteous, helpful, polite and incredibly hard working. Nothing was too much and he kept us informed throughout the job. Fantastic finish and we are delighted with the outcome. Highly recommended.

We could not have wished for anything better. At the initial visit we talked through several options with a very experienced kitchen-magic representative. As we liked the proposition, a surveyor was arranged for the following day and once that element was completed. We agreed an installation start date.

A few days later. Artur arrived and started work and stuck at it every day until complete. Artur was exceptional - extremely punctual, very accommodating, friendly, trustworthy and excellent at his job. Any issues were discussed and sorted. It was clear at completion that Artur took considerable pride in his work.

We have been very impressed by Kitchen-Magic - our kitchen looks fantastic.

So pleased with all the aspects of getting our kitchen refurbished, from Rob who helped us with choosing what
doors, worktop, splashbacks,
Dermot for all the measurements, and Justin for fitting everything together leaving it all clean and tidy. Well pleased with everyone who came to us.
