The installer worked very well and completed the work in the agreed time schedule (3 days). Quality of work was very good.

15/07/2026 contract start day booked to take three days to complete very adventurous even without ordering mishaps it couldn’t be done. So sales attended showed what they were offering picked design and agreed on what we wanted, then it was priced not one single item had a price against it, difficult to compare!
Total price presented, then quote and confirmation of contract was emailed, please read then thoroughly I didn’t. KM use self employed fitters excellent workmanship only due to fitters they suffer the incompetence of the administration and ordering system
Once something goes wrong it’s the customers fault for asking for a ceramic sink instead of a stainless steel one ? So wrong sink Friday lunchtime then told the correct sink will be delivered Tuesday first job no second job for another fitter, anyway job finish 15:30 Tuesday afternoon I count five days start to finish and over weekend. You can’t use a kitchen without a sink, we asked for either discount or compensation, after paying well over the odds for this kitchen customer service not interested we dont pay compensation was the answer and held to it.
Customer service isn’t interested in repeat business or recommendations, very wrong attitude very impersonal.
It the fitters that are the stars and I can only thank them for my kitchen which they sorted and completed.
Quality too early to tell. Recommendation NO.
Value for money NO.

Right from the off Kitchen magic were excellent in communication, the designer Cindy, got to know my requirements and did her best to keep within my budget, everything went smoothly, helped by a fantastic fitter Sanjay Bojraj he was very friendly and professional going over and above his job to leave me with a great kitchen upgrade, he worked well, on his own and got the job done a good days work and a credit to Kitchen Magic, Thank you all very pleased with my kitchen

Kitchen Magic was very quick and efficient. Very pleased with the doors.

After placing the order we had a surveyor visit but he failed to spot there were two isolation switches for the H&C water supply to the sink. Instead he only checked the stop valve and determined that it couldn't be accessed and reported we would need a plumber.

The logistics in terms of Parts delivery was poor. The counter tops and taps arrived at 5.30 AM, minus the sink and drainer, with no warning. To be fair the driver sat outside in his van with his engine off but still managed to disturb us talking on his mobile phone!

Adrian the fitter arrived at 8.45 and immediately got to work. Once the sink had arrived it quickly became obvious it was the wrong one, a packaging error from the sink supplier. After discussing with the people at KM they managed to source a replacement sink. It arrived very early the next day and left outside my garage in full view of the road. Adrian then completed the installation by lunchtime. I cannot speak too highly of Adrian who was excellent throughout.

After installation was complete I lodged a written complaint which was basically dismissed out of hand, albeit with fulsome apologies.

We are pleased with the finished installation, but it was by no means as straightforward as it should have been.

Totally delighted with every aspect of Kitchen Magic, the upgrade to my kitchen is astounding.
Special thanks to the fitter Sanjay Bajras, who’s craftsmanship is second to none.

Contacting them on the phone was easy. Staff are helpful & whole process done in 2 weeks from ringing. I was surprised that a delivery man with new doors came at 7.40am. Lucky I wasn't in the shower. Was just expecting fitter at about 9.am. Rubbish taken away quickly. Pleased that I got a summer discount. Two new cupboards & new doors look nice.

Found out what my budget was then tried to entice me with higher price followed by discounts. Don't like companies who do that. Got what I wanted at half the price

Fitting of new worktops, sink and hob excellent in every respect, once the measurements were correct!

Just changing the cupboard doors and drawer fronts has transformed our kitchen from a dark room into a bright, light and airy space!! It’s amazing!! Our workman Sylvester was brilliant and an excellent carpenter! We have a large kitchen with around 25 door fronts and drawers and it only took him a day and a half to do it. Kitchen Magic lived up to their name and we can definitely recommend them!

From the initial enquiry through to completion everybody we deal with were highly professional. The fitter Ali deserves a special shout out. Very hard working, kept us engaged with progress, and work though solutions to the inevitable unforeseeable issues that arise on these projects. A great job! We could not be happier and would definitely recommend this company

The kitchen is transformed due to Ali the installer who was extremely polite , conscientious ,caring ,patient and an extremely good worker always leaving the kitchen clean and tidy every day. I love the new kitchen I’m very impressed with Ali and the kitchen I chose. Full marks.

We had our doors and worktops replaced,Len Abel the salesman was brilliant,advised us when we needed it but never pushy.The kitchen fitter ,Dave F was excellent,he was very clean and tidey and his standard of work was second to none,every body we dealt within the company were very professional,highly recommend Kitchen Magic.
