The contact with Kitchen Magic was a straight forward process from the start. Both the initial assessor, Tony, and the surveyor, Paul, were extremely helpful without any hint of a desire to push me into making a decision. Once I was prepared to proceed, an installation date was very quickly arranged and the fitters, Vlod and Jakub completed the job without any disruption within the original time frame. I am so pleased with their work as it has completely transformed my kitchen. Many thanks to both of them and all of the Kitchen Magic team including the office staff who handled my enquiries quickly and efficiently.

Shoddy customer service from start to finish.
I booked an appointment for one of the company’s representatives to visit my rental property and provide a quotation for replacing the kitchen doors and worktops. I travelled a considerable distance to meet the contractor, only for him to arrive 30 minutes late without any apology or explanation.
His main concern was where he could park his car. He then left the property to look for parking and failed to return or keep me informed, leaving both my tenants and me waiting with no idea what was happening. I repeatedly had to contact Customer Services for updates.
The whole experience was extremely disappointing and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect for a customer’s time. I had been considering using this company for kitchen refurbishments at several of my other rental properties, but following this experience they have lost not only this job but any future business from me.

My advice to anyone considering this company is to do your research and proceed with caution. If, like me, you are travelling some distance for an appointment, you may find yourself wasting valuable time due to poor organisation and unacceptable customer service.

KM Team are extremely professional from designer Aga to surveyor Paul and carpenter tech Bobi everything got taken care of swiftly and efficiently.

There is a range of bespoke services available to choose from- you can ask for as little or as much as you need and they will do it for you. I had before reaching out KM team called a few other kitchen services who said they would not undertake paet renovations. They would only do things their way . KM team worked to my specs, paying heed to my choices and my budgets! No fuss no issues. Very client oriented.

Time wise, the entire project was effective and completed within 3 days!! Exactly as they had planned.
Workmanship was superlative. Bobi the builder was steady.

Absolutely recommend Kitchen Magic to anyone desiring a better beautiful kitchen without putting a hole in your pockets!

After 7 months three doors are starting to de laminate, extremely poor quality, not up to the required standards for use in a kitchen environment. Just waiting for a response. Now they want to charge me over ,£500 to replace the doors, fitting myself, what a joke, stay away from this company, a disgrace, water was nowhere near the doors, cheap MDF.

Whilst they promise you a free brochure, they do not seem to want to send you one unless you discuss your requirements first. I really wanted a paper brochure so that I could peruse the choice BEFORE arranging anything further. Appalling customer service even before we got off the ground!!! edit they say they posted me a brochure...

Great staff helpful and reliable The result was better than expected

From first contact to completion of the job was 2 weeks. The salesperson, surveyor, fitter and rubbish collector all knew their jobs really well.

From the two serveys both came on time & very pleasant guys talked all through with what we wanted. Ryan our fitter who did a superb job & everything spotless when he left. We didn't see Debie Mcgee though!!

They arrived on time,the quality of doors,excellent,The fitters made an excellent job fitting the doors.No mess,cleared everything up,so no mess for us.Very pleased.

Advertised as affordable low budget kitchen makeovers, so just new cupboard doors and worktops, received a visit and a quote yesterday and that quote was extortionate more than a brand new fitted kitchen from another well known company. 2 stars cause the salesman that measured up was nice but the quote later sent through was so high my legs nearly collapsed under me.

Young man who came to replace our doors was extremely polite and professional could not have wished for anyone else made us feel important well done MATT.
Very pleased with price/finish and quality of doors would have absolutely no problem recommending Kitchen Magic to family and friends.

Ali installed the kitchen, he was efficient and clearly very skilled. Couldn’t fault him. Much cheaper than the other companies and higher quality and choice than the others too. I highly recommend them

From start to finish, the experience was excellent.The recommendation came through a friend, and within a couple of days following our initial phone call, we had a positive but informal arrangement for a visit. This was followed by a friendly chat with the sales rep, no pressure and very clear choice options. Measurements were taken, a quote provided on the spot which was very competitive. Agreements were signed, deposit taken and date for the surveyor made.
The surveyor came on the due date, on time and checked the measurements which were emailed straight to the factory, and the fitting date agreed.
The fitter arrived on time, worked solidly and efficiently all day, was very pleasant, consulting us on the position of handles, he hoovered up all the bits, removed the old doors and was gone by the middle of the afternoon! THAT is why we awarded the five stars!!

We had Sanjay bojraj he was a fantastic man and an excellent worker. Fabulous communication, polite, accommodating, great workmanship and overall exceptional. Would highly recommend him to anybody!

There was no hard sell at all we were given the quote and we were happy so went with it, everything was swift a date was confirmed our two kitchen fitters Vlod/Jakub were excellent came in and just got on with the job very hard working pair job done in day and half very happy with all aspects of there work also very tidy👍
