Lavender & Sandalwood Hypoallergenic Laundry Liquid
I ordered a batch of Lavender & Sandalwood and a batch of fragrence free. Unfortunately delivery was delayed, not Kit & Kin’s actions but Evri. As well as a late delivery, when it finally arrived the box had clearly been left somewhere very wet and the box was badly damaged. Kit & Kin’s customer service support was good. I’ve only used the Lavender & Sandalwood thus far and it smells nice when you open the pouch, just a subtle fragrance but unfortunately this does not last on the washed items. Heavily soiled items, running and sports kit, and dog bedding still smelt unpleasant after washing which was disappointing. As such, I found doubling the amount of liquid was required for these heavier washes. The clothes are soft and wonderfully, itchy skin issues have disappeared.

It’s lovely to hear that you’re enjoying how soft your clothes feel and that your itchy skin concerns have improved. Our Lavender & Sandalwood laundry liquid uses naturally derived ingredients and essential oils, so the fragrance is intentionally gentle and subtle compared to traditional laundry products with synthetic fragrances.

Extremely disappointing product and customer service
I’m very disappointed with both the product and the customer service from Kit & Kin.
I previously used Size 1 nappies and they fitted my baby perfectly, so I trusted the brand and bought 6 packs of Size 2. The packaging states that Size 2 is suitable for babies weighing 4–8 kg, yet my baby is not even 5 kg and the nappies are already far too tight around the legs, leaving clear red marks on his skin.
I contacted Kit & Kin several times to ask for help, but I have received no response at all. I now have 5 unopened packs that I cannot use.
I no longer want an exchange — I would like a refund for the unused packs. It is very disappointing to spend money on a product that does not match its advertised sizing and then receive no customer support when trying to resolve the issue.
I expected much better from a brand that markets itself as premium and environmentally conscious.

The best glass cleaner!
I ordered a few products to try from Kit and Kin, the glass cleaner is the best I’ve used and the limescale remover is the only product that actually cleans my bathroom tiles, all whilst being non toxic compared to previous products I’ve used a win win from me!

I really like the nappies, but be careful when subscribing as you’ll be paying more than what you’d pay in the supermarket. I was quite annoyed when I realised these were cheaper on Ocado!

Soft, gentle and reliable
We’ve been using Kit & Kin nappies for a couple of years now and have been really happy with them. We’re currently on size 7 and have had a subscription for a long time, which has made ordering so convenient.
The nappies are soft, comfortable and feel great against our baby’s skin. We also really like knowing that they’re made with organic materials and are a more conscious choice for our little one.
Overall, we’ve had a really positive experience with Kit & Kin and would definitely recommend their nappies to other parents.

Really disappointed. I love Kit and Kin cleaning products as a non-toxic alternative and have used them regularly for some time, re-ordering when I need to top-up. However, you have recently changed your delivery to exclude MAINLAND Highlands from standard delivery and now charge an absolute fortune for delivery. Sadly, I will not be buying these products anymore.

It is especially disappointing to hear this from someone who has supported Kit & Kin for some time and regularly enjoyed our cleaning products. We completely understand your frustration and want you to know that we hear your concerns.
Due to increasing delivery costs, we recently had to review our delivery charges, including those for some areas of the UK. As we use a third-party courier service, we are subject to the delivery costs charged to us. As a business, we always try to absorb as much of these costs as possible ourselves, but unfortunately there are times when this is simply no longer sustainable and we have to pass on part of the cost.
This was not a decision we made lightly, and we're genuinely saddened that it may mean losing valued customers such as yourself. We know that any increase in delivery costs can make a real difference when deciding where to shop, and we completely understand why you feel disappointed.
