Ordered a dress on the 6th of may. On June 5 I contacted them to ask when it would be shipped. They answered that there was a delay. A week later, still no change in shipment status. Thank god I payed with PayPal so I asked for a refund and it was granted.
Ordered the exact same dress on a different website and received that one within 2 weeks time.

I found the most perfect dress on Kistania.Com to attend the Bridgerton Ball however, I did not order in enough time and had to cancel my order but the dress is the most beautiful dress I’ve ever seen. I will look for another reason to repurchase this dress. I reached out to Kistania via email and the messenger application. And within an hour they responded to try to reach a resolution. They were honest about the time frame of delivery which I appreciated because I over looked it in error when I placed my order. They processed my refund immediately. It may take a few days to receive in my account but the representative was the most professional. Thank you again for your help and I look forward to doing business with your company in the future.

I want to cancel my order and I’ve been emailing them, there’s still no reply. I am expecting on getting back the full money I spent since it hasn’t even been shipped yet.

First of all, they don't say the product is shipping from China, and second, their service is abysmal. I can't get the website to work unless I'm buying. And their customer service chat is randomly closed for 5 days. It took them 6 days to even begin shipping my order, and even though I could have bought something from somewhere else (I ordered and paid on 4/22 for a trip I was taking 2 weeks later), because I didn't know it would take months to get the expensive items I ordered (and from China, I should not be paying these prices: hundreds of comparable items cost less than half. I'm so mad about being misled, I am considering a lawsuit), I'm sitting here figuring out what I can pack that I already have that might work. Now, its too late to get something else, and this crappy quality clothier is to blame. How does the whole business just shut down for 5 days? How do they not tell you where the items are shipping from and how long it'll take? If I'm paying US prices I should be getting what I paid for in less than 2 weeks. And the tracking company won't give me an update with just my order number. Oh no, I have to accept all their cookies and permissions to let them sift through my phone!!! What kind of scam is this?! One that hopefully no one else will fall for. If and when the clothes I ordered ever show up, I'll be returning them for a refund immediately. Do yourself a favor and avoid this so-called "top brand" company like its covered in the ebola virus.

Telephone number is busy. I just ordered a dress and now looking at these reviews. It's said that it will take 7-10 business days. I spent $92 and I will wait for it. I'll wait for it....

Honestly just a solid place to get some great quality unique to the brand alt clothing. I ordered a jacket from here and I gotta say the craftsmanship, materials, and care put that was put into it was very refreshing.

The site doesn't show true images of the clothes there selling, cheaply made, badly sized. Paid for 2 dresses only one arrived and they ignore all emails and forms of communication. Giving it another week before I try and open a PayPal dispute but I think they'll con that one as well.
It's a gamble when ordering cheap Chinese knock offs but your led to believe these aren't. They are. False adverts, even the face book page has stolen images from Google showing the Wearhouse etc.

I ordered a pair of leggings from Kistania. They are super cute and made out of good quality. They are a mix of like faux leather and have some sewn on fishnet kind of style. It’s hard to explain, but they fit well and are made extremely well! I would definitely order from them again!

Good support. Out of goodwill they agreed to refund me partially even if I was too late for their refund policy. The support answered very fast and friendly. One of the items really looks nice 🙂
