The material is extremely cheap and doesn’t match the pictures on the website. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank bc the company refused to give me a full refund

Save your money and time, the designs you see on their website are stolen, the clothes you get are cheap Chinese knock-offs.

You'll get the same same disgusting quality that you would get from Shein, Wish or Aliexpress, not worth it AT ALL.

Items were never received. No support or customer service was offered. $80nzd for absolutely NOTHING. I tried reaching out to customer service, asked for a refund or items to be resent, they offered me no support whatsoever, I asked for proof of delivery they couldn't provide anything and refused to liase with the courier company (courier won't talk to receiver only sender) and still they wouldn't help. Currently working with the bank to hopefully get the transaction reversed.

Just got mine.. horrible quality! Very flimsy and the seams are breaking and does not look like pictured.
The idea is awesome but it's not worth it.

This was my first time ordering from this place and will not order again. Just order from Amazon or SHEIN. I ordered my dress on the 7th of the month and it’s now the 18th and it STILL hasn’t shipped yet. They have a 2-3 days shipment guarantee and that’s BS. Never buying from here again!!!

If you are a size 00-2 or have the body of a prepubescent child/teen, this shop is for you! The bralette was flimsy and barely fit my boobs, the material is like that of costume fabric, it looked like someone sewed it for a home economics class. I’m not even going to return it because I feel like I won’t get my money back.

Ordered in December. Ordered from their place size range. The items I ordered wouldn't even fit my size 12 friend!

I've now had to pay £22.15 to send items back to China, that was a month ago, they still haven't refunded me money! I'm now out of pocket and this company owe me £70!!!!!

Tried being civil with them and getting absolutely no where!

There was a small issue due to an item being out of stock but was resolved quite quickly by their team!!

i messed up my order but then the company fixed it and gave me a refund :) they did it within a few days so that was really good. I intend to shop here again because of the cute clothes!!

Customer service were very friendly, when I messaged about an issue with my order they resolved it quickly and efficiently. I am an autistic individual so usually get quite anxious when I have an issue or when talking to customer service but there were no problems here.

I ordered a dress on this site and received a completely different garment. I sent them pictures and they told me "that's just how that dress is"... (the picture on the Order Confirmation is a one piece, what they sent me was a two piece, so very obvious).

When I said I wanted the item I ordered or a refund, they told me to PAY FOR SHIPPING back to China in order to get a refund! Even though they sent me the wrong item!

UPDATE: I have attempted to reason with this company's customer support repeatedly via email and have to resort to a chargeback. It's literally two different garments.

I also discovered that they had stolen the image on their website directly from a bespoke dressmaker's online store. Do not trust this website.

I appreciated the company's available sizes and they communicated well when I needed support.

Never buy from this website.
I ordered three items in different colours.
All were faulty, brocken stitching, tore with of putting on and fabric not as described.
Was forced to pay return shipping of $40 despite being sent faulty items.
I will never shop here again.

I’m honestly surprised with how good my experience was. The fabric of the items I ordered were a lot more high quality than Shein or Cider. When one of the items I ordered was out of stock, customer service sent me an email to notify me, and when I asked for a refund I got it within 24 hours. Granted, tracking the shipping wasn’t the easiest, but I found that if you make an account and use it to track your order it works well.

Habe 3 Kleider zur Auswahl bestellt und mich leider nicht mit den retour Bedingungen beschäftigt , denn leider ist sowas wie retour eher nicht vorgesehen. Was man zurück schicken möchte geht nur gegen Selbstkostenpreis und da es direkt nach China muss wird das richtig teuer ! Der Kundenservice ist praktisch nicht wirklich vorhanden, man bekommt Zt automatisierte Antwort über Messenger , teilweise muss man mehrfach wiederholen was man schon gesagt hat . Am Ende bekommt man den Tipp doch seine Kleidung die man nicht möchte selbst zu verkaufen oder zu verschenken !! Die Qualität der Kleider war meiner Meinung nach ok für den Preis, Verarbeitung war auch ok. Aber Service schlecht , Retouren im Prinzip nicht möglich. Werde wohl eher nix mehr bestellen, schade .

I bought 3 items from Kistania and I just got them in today and I’m sooooo so happy! One of them did fit a little weird on my upper arms but I’m a flabby woman so NOT a big deal, the other 2 items I bought fit perfectly and look amazing. I’m so glad I chose Kistania for my Goth Girl needs! I gave this review 4/5 just because the fabric feels a little cheap but things like that aren’t a deal breaker for me

They didn't have my shows in stock so they asked if there was anything else I wanted. I choose 2 outfits. I still had a little bit of money left over and they offer me a gift to cover it which was awesome of them to do. Fast replying. I am happy with their service.
