Cheap clothes
Clothing was cheap and ill fitting even though I got the smallest size (I'm 5'4, 115lbs). Tried to contact for a refund through the email provided and it said it was an invalid email. There goes $70 down the drain.

Mangelhafte Ware und widersprüchlicher Kundenservice
Ich werde gedrängt, den Paypal Fall zu schließen. Erst dann würde man mir das Geld erstatten OHNE Rücksendung. Bei Paypal lügt man nun, ich muss es zurücksenden auf eigene Kosten (Versandkosten übersteigt Einkaufswert). Mangelhafte Ware, Betrug!

0 STARS!!! Their size chart for shoes was completely wrong I sized up twice as requested still too small which is crazy! Then no where on the site does it say returns ship internationally. THEY SHIPPED TO ME OUT OF NEW JERSEY! so why do I have to pay $71 dollars to ship a $30 shoe for an exchange. If I knew that I would have never touched that website!!! I feel absolutely scammed because I think the international return is on purpose to deter you from even following thru for a refund or exchange. It’s PREDATORY honestly. Once I said that to the rep NO RESPONSE! Horrible company! Stay away!

Die Größen Angaben stimmen nicht.
Auch bei mir 4 Kleider bestellt und die Verarbeitung ist mehr als billig sowie krumm und schief.
Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend wenn man schon einen simplen BH Verschluss schon falsch näht.

Damaged item, seller will not refund.
I purchased the very popular gothic bandaged dress and when it came, it arrived with loose threads causing the bottoms and skirt of dress to be separating at the seems. When I shared images of the items with costumer service they said the dress was not damaged and I just didn’t like the craftsmanship of the item.
Which was a wild thing to say, but then they said I would need to pay shipping to china which would be $20-30 in order to receive any sort of refund and they would not give me a guarantee a full refund in the event I did pay for shipping. This company needs to offer free returns for their costumers and better education employees on costumer service.
I felt like I was arguing with a 5 year during the exchange.
I have now opened a dispute with my bank over it.

Good alternative Goth clothing
I first wrote a poor review, however er, after contacting them they have shipped my product. I just hope it's the correct items. I will update once I get my product but I ordered on July 2nd and they shipped on July 10th. I think you just have to monitor a lot I have ordered in the past and got what I ordered and it was good quality. So if I were you and you are looking for good alternative goth clothing give it a shot.

Avoid. Purchase not received, no help from customer service whatsoever.
Nothing ever arrived. When I contacted Kistania I was told that the item tracking was showing the item as being signed for. The item tracking number shows as invalid when I try to track. Customer service told me I should contact them sooner next time. (I left it a couple of months as it was coming from China so things often take a while). Would not purchase anything from here again.
