After locking our car keys and holiday cottage keys in the car plus our little dog! we rang the nearby Audi garage Linfield near Windermere who were completely unhelpful never bothering to ring us back. The car park attendant who was wonderful suggested Key assist who were amazing they had the chap out within 50 mins and car unlocked in couple of minutes he even climbed in the back to get our keys and waited for us to start the car incase there was a problem. Fantastic service when feeling very vulnerable. Thank you

After contacting my dealer in regard to getting a key repaired/New one I gave these chaps a call.

Within three hours I had a key that worked they needed to come back and realign on the computer that happened the next day

The cost was far less than the dealership they came to me fitted in with my time

If you need a key for your car I cannot recommend them highly enough

Fantastic customer service. I booked myself in to get a new key for a few days time, the company rang me up the day after my phone consult and told me they had a free slot in their schedule and could do it sooner if that worked for me. I wasn’t home when they replaced my car key for me and they put it in the instructed safe place. Very trustworthy service and great professionalism. Thank you so much.

I was so impressed with the service I received. Prompt quote and had someone out to me within 45 minutes. The control room when I called and the guy who came to my house were polite, efficient and I would highly recommend them.

This has been a challenging experience for key assist, it appears Land Rovers do not take kindly to key replication. Nonetheless they have persevered and overcome!

Have had issues with keyfob a few times but door lock gave up this time as well. A chat on the phone followed by a call back from the locksmith himself within 5 minutes and as he said was beside the car inside the hour. 3 minutes later inside the car. Great service extremely helpful and polite. Dinner is on me next time gentleman

Connor was very helpful indeed. He kept in contact throughout so that I knew exactly when he was coming. He was professional and very friendly and explained everything to us. Very happy with the service and we would highly recommended the service.

I lost my car key while on holiday and did not have a spare. Phoned Key-Assist UK at 11.20pm on a Saturday evening. Immediately got through to an assistant. She arranged a specialist car locksmith to come out the following morning. I was kept informed throughout. The locksmith was brilliant. I now have a new key and was able to return home.

Lost my key and key assist where able to sort me a replacement bmw key in under 24 hours of me phoning them. Great service from the phone calls right through to when Blain arrived, very knowledgable friendly guy and impressive service all round

I just recently bought a car and came with just the spare key, so called to get a fob. I needed to discuss with partner so he called me back in 10 minutes and went through with it, booked and came the same day. The man who came was very friendly, he did the key for me Very quickly. Overall a very pleasant stress free experience, the man who took the call and the man who came to do they key were very pleasant, excellent communication. Thankyou!

I was locked out of my car at home. I rang KeyAssust and spoke to Richard. He was most helpful and managed to fit me in that same morning. The mechanic, Sean, arrived about 30 minutes later! It was something minor but he treated me with complete respect and kindness. I am most impressed.
