I needed a replacement key card for my car. The service I received was excellent. Literally 10 minutes after the call they'd found me a company that will hopefully get it done for me

Quick and easy service. Hassle free

Useless company. Rendered my car completely useless when all I wanted was a spare key. It was a simple job. How could it have gone so wrong.on top of that they only offered me a £20 refund when I paid £180. Took them 3 days and three call out for them to tell me its not their fault and wash their hands of the job. Don't use this company if you value your car.

Amazing service from start to finish. The way the customer service team dealt with a very stressed customer (had my keys stolen) was very professional. Everything went smoothly when sorting out new keys with the dealership. Highly recommended. Quick, easy, stress free experience.

Avoid at all cost!
Ordered a new key as the transponder in mine had stoped working properly. Explaining multiple times that the car has keyless entry and start. I was told it would definitely be a keyless key and should for any reason it doesn’t work then I wouldn’t be charged.
3 different days I waited home for them, each time I had a phone call ‘sorry the mechanic is stuck on a job’ or ‘the key has been delayed’ 3 days off wasted waiting for no one.
4 time they arrive but the key they posted to me was completely wrong.
eventually they code a key card for me. Surprise surprise no keyless entry or start.
Mechanic calls the office who now say I need to wait whilst they review the phone calls to make sure I mentioned keyless. This took 3 or 4 days!!!

I did ask the mechanic to take the key back with him but he advised me how much of a nightmare the company was. Told me to keep the key and not to give it back until there was a satisfactory outcome.

Eventually I’m told they have listened to the calls and accept that I explained about the keyless. now I need to wait a day or two for the suppliers to get the right key.
no problem with that, however after a week of not hearing anything I called to see what was going on. ‘We called you last week and left you a voicemail’
umm no you didn’t!
after a bit of back and forth he apologised, then explained how they had the wrong number for me. Despite them sending me texts and calling me a few times already.

So now I’m told the new key will be £250. (£150 for the key £100 for the coding)

But I HAVE ALREADY PAID £180 for the first key.

So I’ll pay you £70 and you take the other key back as I only ever wanted one keyless key.
that way I’m paying full price for what I ordered.

Easy right?
No, they wanted to take the first key back, keep my £180 and still charge me £250 for the right key.

Multiple manager were apparently consulted on this and the absolute best they would offer me was £25 back!

I honestly don’t understand the logic, how you can possibly think it’s acceptable to treat people in such a poor manner then try and con them into paying for two keys when it was 100% your mistake in the first place!
your own staff think you’re a joke and are advising customers how much of a nightmare you are!

after a lot of fuss I was eventually offered a full refund if they could collect the first key.
‘Great if you give me a refund of £180, I’ll order the new key for £250. That way I get one key (the one I wanted) and I’m only paying once?’
to be told ‘no sorry it doesn’t work like that’ 😅

but why? It’s so stupid! How can sending the mechanic back out to get the key be better for business than me paying the difference AND ONLY GETTING ONE KEY.
you’ve actually got less than nothing from this transaction 😅

I’m emigrating in a few weeks so I’m now forced to sell me car on without the keyless features as it’s going to 5-6 weeks to get the correct key from anyone else.
had key assist got it right in the first place, not cancelled on me multiple times, sent me the wrong key wasted 3-4 weeks of my time or even if they hadn’t tried to be greedy by getting me to pay for 2 keys but then insisting they have the first key back, I’d have the key I want and be able to sell my car on for the full value.
£25 discount and barely an apology.

Seriously, avoid!!!!!

We managed to lock both sets of keys in the boot of our electric car and we tried a few companies initially who said they couldn’t help us. Then we tried key-assist and they were confident from the start they could fix it. They did struggle on the first attempt, though the engineer was lovely and gave it his absolute best. The team were great tho and arranged to come back and were able to get in to the car easily and get the keys out on the second visit. We were so impressed with the polite, helpful customer service and very professional engineers who totally delivered on their promise, even when it was not all straightforward! Would definitely recommend. Thank you 😊

Paid £160 to get into my car as the keys were locked inside of it. They couldn't get inside of the car after trying for less than 5 minutes and left without saying a word but kept the money. I'd of atleast expected half of the money refunded due to this but no, nothing. It wasn't my fault he couldn't perform the job he was paid to do yet I get left short on cash in a difficult time due to no fault of my own. Wouldn't recommend, could find cheaper alternatives.

This company has excellent customer service. I called when my keys were stolen and because of the make of car it was never going to be quick solution, However, the advisor (Charlie) was so helpful the keys were ordered from the main dealer and a locksmith was organised. They kept in touch via text to update me and all was as it should be. When the locksmith arrived everything was quick and my stress dissapeared. Highly recommend

The young man that came today was absolutely fantastic his customer care was second to none. His knowledge of what he was doing was outstanding. If you loose your car fob or keys these are the guys to ring and you will not be disappointed. A very happy customer

Broke my key on the Saturday night. Phoned the company at 1100 hrs Sunday and by 15.30, the locksmith had attended and sorted my problem. Far exceeded my expectations.

Customer Service was great keeping me updated. Sam the locksmith was brilliant. Got the job done promptly. I would highly recommend this company and Sam. Will be using them if I ever need to in the future. Top job!

What a fantastic service called late evening with me locking me keys in the boot .and arrived following morning .very good customer service and had updates.the person what came was called sam a very lovely bloke made him a coffee and had a chat while carrying on the serviceand gave me info .and I was one happy lady getting me keys back .would very highly recommend this company .thank you so much

Possibly the best customer experience I’ve received in any industry. Josh was professional, determined and persistent in his efforts to gain entry into state of the art Japanese lock technology. Very good service very friendly and helpful

The locksmith arrived promptly, was courteous and helpful, but above all highly skilled and solved the problem within 5 minutes.

I used this service. I explained i needed a key same day. They then confirmed this was possible and charged for the keys (no problem so far).
I chased up at 2pm (as they said they would call and arrive around 1pm) to find they could not get a key for 3 days.
I used another locksmith (same day) who had to charge an OOH call as almost end of the day and this company refused to give me a full refund.

I had to go through a payment dispute with the card company before getting money back.

I actually wondered if they were a scam.
