They are selling plastic smelly vile bags that don't resemble the photos or descriptions this is a blatant con beware!! Also how on earth do they still have credit card facilities this should be stopped now 😡

Well the so called bag i ordered arrived but it was not the bag i got instead i recieved a cheap plastic bag with a broken zip on the front and the words JEEP on the front and Made in China ob a label inside the bag so. You pay £54.75 for a cheap nasty plastic bag which has come from a market stall fron a market. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS LIARS FRAUDLENT FAKE COMPANY THAT IS NOT REAL .Theres no customer service or email address or phone number to call them on .If you ask for a refund they ignore you so .ABORT ABORT ABORT there nothing but fraudsters do not buy items through facebook market advertising items its all fraudlent lies . I want my money back for a item that isnt leather its plastuc cheap material its has a broken zip and cheaply badly made it has jeep wording on the front cheap fastenings cheap plastic bits on it best thing for it is the bin .Poor Quailty product poorly made item and stealing money from people by sending them cheaply made plastic bag.

Do not purchase - my mum bought a bag from here for my auntie and it’s awful and definitely not leather. Looks nothing like the photos and no refund given as of yet. She also had fraudulent activity on the same card she paid for the bag (£238 taken) from a company based in America the day after which seems suspicious as this company also seems to be based in America. Avoid avoid avoid.

This company is a complete con. I bought a satchel that is not only nothing like the picture, but definitely NOT leather, but polyurethane, it is damaged and broken and smells like awful chemicals. I have emailed for a refund, but dont hold out much hope! Shame on @shopify for giving these companies credence.

My worst experience buying online, this so called kern leather sells very cheap & way low quality products at a very higher price, what I ordered is no where near what I received I spent over £80 to received poor quality plastic bags & shoes, they're a scam

I purchased a ladies leather handbag from Kern Leather . The description was "Leather"
This material had never seen a leather giving animal , in its life. The bag was 100% plastic and not very good plastic at that .
The delivery process was a nightmare , please give this company a wide swerve , they are just taking the public for a ride . I paid £33 for a leather handbag , which was worth £5.99 , disgraceful .

They don’t deserve a Single Star, they have EXTREMELY VERY POOR SERVICE, I have ordered a bag, after I have ordered the product, they silence, nothing to show when I’m expecting my order for two weeks now and the MOST annoying part is that any message I sent to them looks like they don’t exist to respond, I have already regretted placing order with them and will NEVER advise anyone to buy their products

Fake company just gives you a rubbish product then when asking for a refund as the bag broke within a week the zipper, and the handle , they try to send you another product instead of the refund you ask for , then they say you will get a refund Within so many days nothing came so emailed again and still nothing avoid at all costs

i ordered a crossbody bag for just over 44 pounds and it arrived from CHINA , and it is absolute garbage , if i can stop just one person from ordering from this place i will be happy , if i could give Zero stars i would . please save your hard earned cash and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Bought a bag, poor quality. Requested a return/refund and filled in their template on the website. They then emailed back days later asking for all the same info I’d already filled in (I used their template) filled in again and waited days. Received another reply identical to the first requesting all the same details a third time. Fraudulent company, no intention of sending any refunds have reported to the bank and trading standards. Do NOT order from this website.

Should have known it was too good to be true. Bag was made of cheap plastic, looks rubbish and stinks. Absolutely criminal scam website.

I purchased a bag from Kern Leathers on 17 June 2026. The item was dispatched, but when it arrived, it looked completely different from what had been advertised. The bag looked cheap, tacky, and poor quality. It also could not close properly and was nothing like the product shown online.
I requested a refund, but it is now August and I still have not received my money back. Although I have received an apology, no refund has been issued and no meaningful action has been taken to resolve the matter.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. The product was not as described, the quality was poor, and the refund process has been extremely slow and unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I ordered the handbag as a gift. I was worried after I saw the reviews after I had ordered but recipient was happy. I was kept informed of delivery.

The bag was not as described.
I have sent two emails as company policy states if you are not happy with the product you can have a full refund.
I have not had a reply. Attempted to telephone them on their number 0742860092 this is a fake number.
I will be contacting trading standards to report this company

I waited 2 weeks for delivery. When this 'leather' bag arrived, it was so bad, it was made of some kind of synthetic product, certainly not leather. I immediately asked how to return it and requested a refund. I sent many emails to get a reply and when I eventually did get a reply, they asked a whole lot of questions, wanting photographs and videos! I asked how to return it and I wanted a refund. They eventually said they would refund it and so far I have waited 3 weeks for a refund. They took my money the day I ordered it but said it could take up to 15 working days to get a refund. I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. As they are based in USA I will contact their equivalent of our trade and standards authority. I will be very surprised to get my £38 back,

It appears others have had bad experiences, mine is quite the opposite. Purchased a bag for my daughters birthday, I realised it may take some time to arrive due to the logistics. I was sent the tracking code and managed to track the entire journey till delivery. Quality bag, my daughter is very happy

Complete and utter rubbish. Took ages to arrive and it bears no resemblance to the product in the advertisement. I peeled off the Evri delivery label to find it came from China and was described as “imitation leather”, so they are complete con artists. Avoid at all costs.
