Support took quite a while to respond, which was frustrating at the time. However, when they finally did, they were polite and actually helped resolve the issue. In the end, I received my order without any problems.

Quality is pretty much what I expected for the price. Not premium, but definitely not bad either. Shipping took some time, but everything arrived in good condition.

The wait was longer than I'm used to, especially compared to local stores. However, considering it's shipped internationally, it's understandable. The product itself is good and matches the description.

Delivery was actually faster than I expected, but communication could still be better. I didn't receive many updates, so it felt a bit uncertain until it arrived.

I ordered the wrong size by mistake and contacted support. It took a few days to get a response, but they handled it well and sent me a replacement without asking me to return the first item.
That was a nice surprise.

SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Never shipped item, no response to requests for information. Absolutely terrible experience. Had to go through my banks fraud service to get a refund due to lack of any response beyond the initial automatic reply telling me someone would be in touch.

Do not buy from here. 0 customer service, broken tracking links and no course for refunds even after their “45 day guaranteed shipping period.” If you give your money to this business you will never see it again. Take it from me, this is a terrible website.

Despite some intial delays, everything worked out perfectly in the end. The product is great, and once support responded, they handled the situation professionally and fairly. I'm happy with the purchase and would order again.

I am warning everyone in here!!! This is a SCAM page!!! When I wrote my review in December trying to warn everybody suddenly Kawaiimerch write me I get my refund!!! Of course this has not happend and complete silence. Their page is SCAM! We have gotten a lot of money taken but we have never seen the tailors made converse shoes we ordered they still have not send back our money we have waited for 4 months now never got any info from Kawaiimerc really warn you all to not buy anything we lost all our money for some very expensive shoes for a 40th birthday

The package was delayed but arrived just before Christmas. Overall 4/5, not bad but shipments need improvement.

I bought a Miku shoes and they arrived too big. They have send me a new pair and told to keep or sell the first pair on my local market. Great support.

It took them 7 days to reply which is completely disrespectful. They say they had a fire in the warehouse. I'm glad it arrived.

The support needs replacement but the package finally arrived a bit delayed.
