Misleading terms
Registration confirmation states a '3-month cancellation period', but ehorses is enforcing a 12-month charge and ignored my cancellation emails. They even sent the claim to debt collection and attempted an unauthorized withdrawal after I disputed it. I have been forced to file a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC). Be very careful with their contract terms.

However, we would like to clarify that our contractual terms are communicated transparently and that we have acted both contractually and legally correctly in this case. The relevant contract details are clearly presented during the booking process as well as in the confirmation email. As you have already used the ehorses service, you are generally familiar with our processes and conditions.
Your cancellation as well as your request were, of course, processed by our support team. In this context, we also provided you with concrete solution proposals in order to reach a fair resolution for both sides.
We very much regret that misunderstandings have nevertheless occurred.
Regardless of this, we remain interested in finding a fair and amicable solution and kindly invite you to contact us again directly so that we can resolve your case together conclusively.

Very Quick And Easy To Write Your Advert
I found this site by accident and wrote my advert out and had it published within 10 minutes.
It's so simple to use and add any pictures and videos.
All that I have to do now is sell my little mare and find her a great home!

Expensive Ongoing Monthly Fees
Very Expensive!! Wasted money on Premium Membership! Didn’t sell horse. Requested to close account June 2024. They kept charging payment for membership, even after account was eventually Terminated Jan 2025.
