I purchased an air mattress from jysk online and emailed them it's not working they stated to return to the store . There policy states no time limit for return and they put me in trouble never replaced. Staff in Liffey valley store was too rude named Thomas . I ask jysk kindly be responsible for your policy what you say you guys never do . Never ever gone by anything ever. Worst experience 0.1/10is my rating

I visited your Liffey valley store on 10th July to collect my office chair. The package was quite heavy, so I requested assistance from one of the staff members.

While waiting, I noticed a staff member happily assisting another customer by carrying four plates to her car. However, when I requested similar help, he appeared reluctant and declined. When I asked why he was unwilling to assist me, he responded that the customer he helped was alone. I found this reasoning concerning, as I was also struggling with a large, heavy item.

When I pointed out that his response was inappropriate, he chose to ignore me rather than engage respectfully. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and wondering whether gender or other biases might have influenced his behavior.

I believe in fair and respectful treatment for all customers and hope this matter will be looked into seriously. If you require any further details, please feel free to contact me.

A staff member in Clonmel could not help me buy an item in Parkway Limerick. She also couldn't liaise with Parkway, instead giving me their number, so I spent 20 mins on my phone, sitting in Jysk Clonmel, waiting for a response. Bottom line was that they MAY have still had item in Parkway (the system is apparently unreliable) but the next agent couldn't get through to them. Even if she did, I would still have to drive to Limerick from Tipp just to pay for DELIVERY of the sizeable item to Tipp. Obviously I will work to find a more accommodating company. JYSK👎👎👎I gave 1 because the staff were friendly & understanding, as well as somewhat embarrassed about the disjointed service...However, they were ultimatley unable to help me because of JYSK policy 🤔

So a few days ago I came into jusk in Portlaoise from Carlow with my wife when we arrived at the store we were greeted at the counter by a young chap called Sam or Sean we had placed an order online and when we asked him that we place the order online he huffed out of him is attitude towards us was very unpleasant he seemed very rude when we want to do enquire about other products he simply did not want to give us any information when they brought the desks out to us the man wanted me to lift both of the desks by myself out to my car which I said no that you will wheeled them out of my car which he did I asked him would he give me a hand lifting them into my car and he said no that he's not insured to lift anything outside of the shop keep in mind these boxes were extremely heavy my overall experience in the shop is shocking and I will not be returning the management must do something about their staff and the way they speak to their customers

Awful. Ordered to the value of 400 euro. Almost a month later and I called for the 2nd time to find out where my order was, only to be told that the order should have never went through as items were out of stock. Disappointing. Sean in customer service, lovely and helpful, but the company? Will never order from here again.

Also so sweet and kind and went that extra mile to help me and showed me so much patience. (I was rushing shopping for full bed linen for my dad out of hospital. He's immune suppressed so needed everything new). Thank you again Vera

Ordered an item for click and collect which they said was in stock drove from Tallaght to Liffey Valley went into the shop was told that they had not got the item after getting an Email confirming it was ready to be collected the staff were no help whatsoever I would not recommend this store to anybody. So Disappointed

extremely poor company to deal with ordered a mattress. when i ordered the mattress it showed in stock
got emails that it was delayed and then another week later delayed again -and then 3 weeks later got email to say the I cancelled the order which is not the case

if it is not in the showroom would advise not to buy

Purchased a ullehouse garden sofa set with table.after 2 years the rattan was breaking on corners and was brittle.contacted there support team dealt with a man named felippe .the customer service was excellent .they replaced it with no problem at all.brilliant after sales service.very impressed with this company

Very disappointed. A small order out in for Dublin before lunch time, expected it to be despatched same day. No sign. Can’t leave the house to pick it up even if I knew which store was fulfilling the order. Ridiculous

I purchased numerous small items from jysk in a sale on line total approx €90 in January 2025. Im still waiting for delivery!
I have emailed them ,told they went missing in shipping.
I then asked for a refund and 6 months later still nothing.
Terrible service, do not buy from this company.

Purchased 2seater sofa,2 chairs and coffee table over 2 years ago, very comfortable, very pleased,it has never been out in the elements, kept in garden room. Recently I noticed the rattan had started to ravel and became brittle.
I went to the shop in Naas on the Tuesday and had the full order replaced the next Friday, even though only 2 items were damaged, I can't fault Jysk 👍👏

Awful service. No phone help. Delivered the tables without legs or bolts then saying we can’t just go to the story to collect the missing parts they have to collect the tables and re deliver new ones. Weeks relayed. Awful. AVOID

I received the mattress but unfortunately it was dirty with grease and smelled bad. I immediately contacted customer service for a refund or replacement, I hope they contact me as soon as possible.

I ordered 2 sofas, 4 chairs, a dinner table and a tea table one and a half months ago from the Dordrecht store, and I am still waiting for them to be delivered to me. Store hasn't received one of the sofas yet and when I call, I am getting the same answer "it should be delivered to the store during the weekend". One and a half months, this is a mass production company. They are not producing designer products. Why am I still waiting! They are not sure if my long ago ordered sofa will be in store this weekend as well. JYSK is unprofessional and slow to produce!

Appalling in store experience. Very disorganised. Purchased two large bar tables. Trolleys were tiny so neither table would fit and was advised if I needed a trolley to get one in Dunnes Stores as theirs cannot be taken outside the store?? No offer of help to get items to car.

I had a wonderful experience when I recently rang JYSK Customer Service and in response to my complaint re: the outdoor Rattan corner sofa's which had unravelled I now have both replaced . I found Aine in customer Service so helpful and the communication was very clear and she contacted the JYSK store I purchased it from
and even though they did not reply immediately I emailed Aine again and straight away she emailed the store and I received a phone call ..I had no problem waiting (3 weeks) until the replacement arrived in store. I got a text from JYSK to saw items were ready for collection Which we collected yesterday. All in all a very positive outcome and a happy Customer. 🙌

Ordered €2k worth of furniture on April 13th. Still no delivery after 8 working days. Called Jysk and was told one item was not in stock. Was promised shipping on May 1st. On May 5th I received an email from delivery company Nugo saying it had been delivered and signed for. No furniture or contact from Nugo. Currently the shipment is missing. Jysk will not issue a refund and I have no furniture. Nugo are not responding to queries from myself or Jysk. Was also informed by Jysk this morning that not all furniture has been shipped. Totally unacceptable. I will never shop online with Jysk again.

Absolutely useless customer service had ordered a table and 6 chairs in late April and table delivered within 10 days and since 4th April they have lied repeatedly that fast way will deliver it’s now 4th May and no chairs for outdoor set have sent 10 emails and now seeking a refund on my credit card and expect will have to do a charge back as they keep saying they will deliver . Wrong suggest you avoid this retailer
