Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service, original order placed 3rd May, for delivery to store. No update available after 2 weeks and again tried after 3 weeks, just an automated response that your email is important and we'll respond within 5 days, which they have not done on either attempt to get an update on my order.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I was there today in Athlone collecting my kids bed. l am sure soon its gonna close down with their useless staff
Don’t trust the online stock check!
Ordered GULDAGER desk mat for collection in Sallynoggin store (22nd May) - got a phone call immediately after placing the order to say it wasn’t in stock despite saying it was online. So I drove to Liffey Valley store which had 4 in stock online - but then when I got there they could not find them!
They need to do better!
Waste of time
Waste of time. Half an hour may not be enough to get staff to help. After pretending checking stock cam up with answer that they don’t have any of the chairs in stock and waiting time is 2weeks. Total waste of time. Shop with no stock. Avoid as far as You can.
Incompetent system /business structure
Availability in store shows x3.items get to the til point cashier mentions it will take 10 minutes to get your order ready. Get to the til point after 10minutes to be told all is good product on the system told to pay and as I am paying cashier gets a call and says very quickly they cant find the stock so we cant help you try another store or do click and collect for tomorrow. Had a similar situation 3 times now. Store manager didnt even want to have a chat in a civil manner. Very poor service delivery if there was 0 stars it'd be that. Mahon Retail Park Jsyk. Get with it.

Would never shop in JYSK again
Would never shop in JYSK again. Ordered on line was told it would be up to 13 days a month later still nothing. I cancelled my order when the invoice came in as I was advised by customer service and the money still came out of my account and would be put back in for 2 weeks. The can not be contacted by phone or live chat
Anna and staff offer great customer service
Hi I would like to give 5 stars to jysk in Ashbourne…I had an issue with a table and went over they are so helpful..I particularly want to give a shout out to Anna she was so helpful..Also the lads that work in the shop they said they will try sort the issue ... highly recommend jysk in Ashbourne

We had a terrible experience here this…
We had a terrible experience here this evening. We purchased a mattress and were told it was in stock. After an hour and 15 minutes waiting we cancelled it. Loads of customers given their items well before us. Could really have done without this today in particular for personal reasons. We urgently needed this mattress and the shops are now closed due to us waiting and we can’t get anything. Will never be going here again, recommend not wasting your time here.
The WORST customer service ever
The WORST customer service ever. In particular Lily in liffey valley is one of the rudest sales assistants I have ever dealt with.

Absolutely shocking service...Ordered online and paid for delivery. Over 2 weeks later still no delivery. They have deactivated their live chat and cannot get through by phone to their customer service team...

If they have it in stock, that’s fine. However, reading the other reviews, I’ll be cautious about ordering anything online from them. I’ve bought a few items from Jysk in store and I’m happy with them so far.
Great Customer Service Centre
Accidentally ordered 2 of the same sofas from Jysk. Customer service team were brilliant and we received our refund in a matter of days. Nice to be able to call them and sort it out over the phone
Poor service and awful communication
Ordered a sofa from these on the 30th of march was told it would be delivered on or before the 21st of April, that week came and had not heard a thing and received a message to come and collect my item rang the store and they assured me that it automatically just sends messages when the item arrives in their store, nearly a week later I receive a call from the store to advise they have misplaced by proof of delivery and thankfully I had proof of this, I emailed it over and was given a date of 29th of April for delivery then on that date I got a call from the delivery company that it would be between 11am and 1pm for delivery and then no sign I tried to call the delivery company and they informed me when they went to pick the sofa up it was not there and JYSK sent them away, I should’ve been contacted by the store at this point and they still didn’t call me so I called the store who then informed me they gave the sofa to another customer in error and they only had a right hand sofa now. I had to then accept this and ask for when it could be delivered to which I was told I don’t know i’m unsure when the next delivery date will be after me taking the day to work from home, I then had to make my own arrangements to go and collect the wrong sided sofa and received nothing as a gesture of good will or even a proper apology especially considering the complete poor service and lack of communication I’d advise everyone to avoid JYSK especially the Liffey Valley store. Absolute headache
Dreadful customer service at the Dundalk store
Dreadful customer service. We returned with a bedside table that we just opened and wanted to assemble. One of the legs was cracked in half in the box.
The staff were unhelpful and just told us they can't help us without the receipt, despite it's a Jysk product and it was their fault we got a faulty one, unfit for the purpose.
We bought it 4 months ago in the middle of a house move and didn't find the receipt, but we had the card number and purchase date with us - we came prepared
When we asked the guy at the till if he can get a copy of the receipt, he said he can but he still can't do an exchange on that. No receipt, no help, with their own branded products.
We got offered spare parts but we will have to wait a week for that.
I've been working in retail before, and this is clearly not how you treat your customers. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a mattress with this crowd. Not only did they give me the wrong size mattress when I went to collect it (didn’t realise until I got home and opened it) they then delivered me a new mattress that is completely damaged.. how it left the storeroom baffles me. And their response? You can get a refund or order another one that will take another 3 weeks. No thanks. Never again. Don’t buy anything from this place.
Really terrible customer service (online)
Really terrible customer service. We ordered a few things more than a month ago (order number; 4087418711). According to the delivery company they were returned to Jysk as they were damaged. But I can't get hold of anyone at Jysk to get a refund. I've sent emails, tried the online chat which seems to not really be a thing. It's been more than a week since I sent the email. Not sure what to do or how to get my money back! I just want a refund! Really surprised how bad the customer service is given how big the company is, and how much advertising they do.
Terrible service
We where in jysk today, we got good service form the in store staff but when we went round the back to collect a large shelf, a boy walked up to the car shoved it in where it obviously didn’t fit (on the gear sick). Then he proceeded to stand in a little group of his oh work buddies and watch me a 20 yo girl and my elderly mother struggling to try to fit it into the car. I’m absolutely appalled t. I’ll never be going back and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know🩷 ps to the little ginger boy if u are reading this it’s free to be nice bud. Fun fact actually u are being paid to do it😀 ur acc a disgrace is that how your mother raise you? You should be disappointed in yourself. (Kilkenny store)

Do not buy a standing sitting desk from here. Cracked, no power unit, instructions labelled wrong, screws labelled wrong and wrong number of screws and managers in shops demanding you pay for a new desk to replace the 1 you are returning due to the fact it will take 2 weeks to come into the store. Jysk policies and management in Dundalk, louth. Are an absolute disgrace
