Great customer service
Ordered dining table from Jysk.ie and I can say it’s a lovely table with it’s designful legs . Great and helpful customer service. Table came in 17 days.

Jysk...Never again buy from here...Unit sent without fixtures and fittings..replacement to be sent seperately..3 weeks later nothing came,went to shop again..told collect replacement next day at shop..nothing there next day either"couldnt be found" so 4 trips to the shop...400euros out of pocket, no unit to show for it and 4 days before Xmas and bits of unit allover my room...and no customer service whatsoever.!! Appalling.!!!

Spent nearly 1000. In the store. Was asked to park outside to make it easier for staff to load the car as I couldn’t help with suffering with cancer, parking ticket issued and was told this would be resolved….3 times. Now I have debt collectors chasing me and apparently this company don’t have a complaints department or head office 🤷♀️ we Had to return the furniture we bought as it looked it had been living with rats and was in such bad state they asked us to go to the back of the store to return it. They then admitted they just pieced things together to make sets up to make full sets and had to get our replacement out of a container away from the shop! Be very careful at what you buy or shop or go to view from these people cause after accepting responsibility for the parking and faulty purchases they have now told me it’s my fault/responsibility to sort the parking charge and refused to help, contact me or claim not to have a complaints department. Lovely company!!
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I bought a tv stand from Jysk Beacon and was told it's 2-3 weeks and they'll contact me to come and collect from store since it wasn't available. It's more than 3 weeks already, I called their customer service numerous times and was kept in queue for over 20 mins and the queue wasn't moving, then decided to call again and go for the option where they call you back when it's your turn in queue, no one called since the morning already, their online chat is not available, called again the other day and was surprised to learn no phone support available due to "unforseen circumstances"!! The website doesn't list any emails or other means to contact those cowboys. It's already Christmas and seemed they don't give a damn about their customers. Never buy from them again!
Just save the hassle, order from IKEA.
I know people only leave reviews when they’re upset but I’m genuinely disappointed in the quality of all of the Jysk products I bought. Got a couple of plastic crates, some bin bags, three duvet bags and a couple of large carrier bags.
Literally NOTHING lasted the house move. The duvet bag handles came off, the boxes split at the bottom, even their carrier bags split. The bin bags were thin and appalling quality.
They might want to look like IKEA but they are nowhere near the price point or quality. Starting to realise why this brand isn’t as popular.
Delivery takes over a Month
Ordered a table and chairs in November. Paid 80euro for delivery. I was told it would be 10-15 days. I didn’t receive an invoice until 10-15 days AFTER purchase saying that the delivery will now be 10-25 days.
We called Jysk on 2 separate occasions and both confirmed it would be delivered this week.
We called the delivery company Dennison who advised us it won’t be until after Xmas we will receive our order. We have no table and chairs for Xmas and it will be over a month since we ordered.
Absolutely useless, who wants to order something and wait a month to receive it?

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. IVE ORDERED TABLE AND CHAIRS 3 WEEKS AGO AND TO THIS DAY DIDN'T GET A DELIVERY DATE. FAMILY COMING TO XMAS DINNER IN A WEEK TIME AND WE ARE LEFT WITHOUT TABLE AND CHAIRS. Very bad customer service. Said online had 18 of a product I was looking for. Got a phone call to say they didn’t have it. Then got an email to they were picking my item and never heard from them again. Wrote an email to their customer service and got a reply it would take 5 days to get back to me.

THEY DO NOT DELIVER PRODUCTS WITHIN THE TIMELINE THEY STATE. I ordered furniture on 18 November and still haven't been given a delivery date. I was told it would be delivered within 10 - 15 working days. 110.00 euro for delivery and can't get a firm delivery date from their customer service desk. Service and customer support is atrocious.
Click and collect
I recently had a very disappointing experience with the JYSE Liffey Valley branch. I had placed an order online and received confirmation that it was in stock and ready for collection. However, when I arrived at the store, I was informed that my order was not available.
This was incredibly frustrating as I had specifically planned my day around picking up this order. The communication from JYSE was misleading and resulted in a significant inconvenience for me.
I expected better reliability and transparency from JYSE. I hope this review helps other customers to be cautious and perhaps double-check stock availability before making a trip to the store.
Bought thorrup chairs and two boxes…
Bought thorrup chairs and two boxes came one box had two chairs and the other had one chair missing legs… that was fine another delivery today if the missing chair but still no legs for one of the chairs…. Like I mean how can you forget a set of legs for a chair! Now I have to drive all the way in to a shop in limerick to try to get a pair of legs for a chair after I paying shipping! absolutely ridiculous! Note to self do not purchase online from here it’s just not worth it and it cost more money in the long run
Don't make a mistake when ordering online, they absolutely will do nothing to help you
I meant to order click and collect as I needed my item urgently instead I ordered for the goods to be delivered to a store by mistake, I paid for the goods when ordering. When I realised my mistake I phoned and said I had checked and that the store had my items in stock and could i change to click and collect. They wouldn't let me change it even though the store had the items in stock. I had to cancel that order and re order click and collect. They will take between five to ten days to refund my money even though they took it instantly from my bank account so I have to pay for the items again and wait for my refund. Very poor customer service for a problem with an easy fix
Despicable estimated delivery times
Ordered the first week in November, double checked before paying and was told 7/10 days to deliver to the store. 10 working days later I look at the receipt for a phone number and in the small print there's a estimated delivery date of 30th. So that was a load of nonsense. It's now the 5th December and I've just been told that if I'm lucky I'll have it the 17th December. Not once did they contact me to tell me of a delay. Never again.

Despicable staff at the Ballincollig store
The staff on the JYSK store in Ballincollig are really rude.
I witnessed them berating a woman today for bringing her tiny dog in.
Three separate members of staff came out to tell her loudly and abruptly that no dogs were allowed.
She was leaving after she was first told and wasn't challenging their disgusting behaviour which felt to me like blatant bullying. It really upset me to see this. I left after this and had come to buy a wardrobe. I shan't be shopping here again.The products don't look like they'll last too long either so maybe I saved myself time & money.
Shocking support and service
Shocking support and service. Was told my items would be delivered in 10-15 business days, no sign of them. No contact from Jysk to advise there would be a delay, no clue who the delivery company is as there was zero contact to confirm anything to do with my order - no tracking information, no tracking ID, no weekly, fornightly update to confirm where my items currently were. Abysmal service. Had to contact Jysk via Instagram to get onto them, phone and chat service non existent - only to be told firstly that the order would arrive today Friday 29th, then that actually that was incorrect - and the order would instead arrive in another 5 days time. Again, just taking this as gospel from a random agent on Instagram - no follow up email provided, no confirmation email, nothing. Worst support service I have ever dealt with and would never use them again. No items and out of pocket for over 400euro. Imagine paying 80euro to get a table and 4 chairs delivered, and not hear a peep out of Jysk or their delivery partner about where your items are. Joke!

Got a wardrobe for 400 euro on sale it was 500. For this price you'd expect something semi decent but no it was cheap material that was wobbly, thin, and warped paper thin backs to somehow allign with the back of the wardrobe into these grooves. It was a nightmare to put together I ended up breaking it in parts as it was so flimsy, had to basically buy wood screws and try secure the whole thing together. Never again
