I bought the Adidas shorts for my son and then returned them on the 15th of September but I still haven’t received a refund up to now. In communication with Amazon I was informed that I will get my refund by the 22nd but today is the 23rd and there’s no refund. Amazon acknowledge that the item was received on the 15th of September but your company states that I should return the item. The item was scanned and collected by your courier. I now need refund please. Thank you

Clothing didn't arrive still no refund

We are sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet even it was shipped next day after the order was placed . According to the parcel force tracking , delivery was attempted but no one was home so missing delivery card has been left with collection details .

Placed an order and paid extra for next day delivery, received notification on the Wednesday saying order dispatched, no tracking nothing, order never arrived until Monday, no response form Customer service when they did respond they told me the order was placed on the Friday after 4pm, which was completely false as the sent a dispatch confirmation 2 days before that. Not sure why they would lie, poor customer service and taking extra money for delivery services they cant or do not intend to provide.

Poor quality
I saw the image and fell in love with colour, the style and sent it to my love one to get it as part of my present.
They arrived quickly however I am a size 6 and ordered a size up a 7 in case they don't fit.
The 7 just about fit me.
The colour is pale, the design is off, not as bright or shiny looking in the photo advertise.
The slippers have a unusual high arch, which could after a while will hurt.
I just wish these clothing stores get thing right because for the price of them, it's not worth it.
Poor quality, no way are they worth the money they are asking for.
I would like a refund for my loved one who brought them for me, we are both disappointed.

This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I ordered some boots and totally different boots to the picture on the website showed up - they didn't even have the same amount of shoe lace holes! I was sold the boots based on false advertising. The boots that showed up were cheap and nasty, and nothing like the ones I thought I had purchased.

Ordered from JYO 5 blazers in different colours and in 2 sizes as I was’t sure about the fit - When they arrived the quality of them was awful and so I sent them straight back using the correct returns label and obtained proof of postage which clearly shows the weight of package at 1.5kg.
JYO have only refunded 1 item stating the other items were not received and the packaging was still intact so haven’t fallen out in transit. They are now refusing me a refund on the other 4 items totalling £115! This is a disgrace and a complete scam and I can’t get to speak to anyone in person and it’s taking days for them to respond to emails!
**Update to your reply as I’ve emailed this to you already but again with no response I have sent back all 5 items. The weight of the package being 1.5kg (as sent to you on my proof of postage receipt) unless you are suggesting 1 of your blazers weigh 1.5kg ?? Again as I have emailed, if this is not sorted on my return from holiday in 10 days I will be contacting the online retail ombudsman and trading standards - hope everyone reading this can also see how ridiculous you are as a company to deal with - stay clear is my advice !!
