I had ordered a coat and it was on its way but it had gone missing all the sudden, I contacted both Royal Mail and just your outfit their customer service was good. Just your outfit sent me a replacement and I love it, recommend!

delivery service ???
Ordered a shirt on a overnight delivery (£5.80)approximately, waiting a week nothing showed! then they said they can send another or i could have a refund so I asked fo another on a next day as needed it for work , then they emailed and said they didn’t have my size !! utter Joke still waiting on a refund into the 3rd week from purchase, don’t waste your money.

Returned a product
Returned a product, got refunded for the product cost not the delivery cost which I paid of 3.85. Poor as most companies refund the full amount.

What a waste of time ordering
What a waste of time ordering. Ordered 2 of the same dress. Took some time to arrive. When I arrived, I had the wrong dress!! To top that off, the dress I actually ordered is now out of stock! What a complete waste of time because someone cannot pack the orders correctly!

Not happy
I purchased 2 item, only one turned up and emailed the company several times as they didn't belive me that only one item was delivered. Apparently the package department was adamant that a big puffer jacket and trousers was packed in to a small bag. Eventually they sent a replacement but was late for my daughters to open it on her actual birthday.
