Did not know the product was from China. Pictures were so deceiving and they marketed the item as "heavy duty". When it came we were so disappointed and wanted to return it as fast as we can. Turned out, returning isn't gonna be so easy. First, they demand pictures and videos of the product. Even when I said the reason for return was just because the shelf was WAY TOO SMALL than we expected and there was no damage. And we were trying to find a return address to send the product back to and we can't find it anywhere in the label. Looks like this company makes it very difficult for customers to return products to them. And since the product I ordered is a 5 tier shelf and returns are not free, not only that I have to pay for return shipping cost it will also be a risk if I even try to return it and expect a refund. So we just have to keep the product and just remember to never buy from this company again.

An absolute scam of a site ordered a product in Aug 2023 and never arrived. Have been chasing for an update or a refund with no success.

The website was easy to use and ordering was a breeze.

I would give this 0 stars but that isn't an option. The storage for the wardrobes arrived but are extremely cheap sheets of plastic that don't stack straight and certainly don't function as drawers. The set of approx 15 units has cost me over £300 for which I was looking forward to good quality items.

Easy order, prompt delivery, easy assembly. Product is good and sturdy.

Paid for express shipping 5-7 business days, standard shipping was 10-15 business days. 66 business days for it to arrive. Was promised a refund that they dodged for weeks on end. The product arrived so mangled I was shocked, like it actually looks as though it was thrown from a building. All parts loose in a box screws and metals parts all bent and scratched and dinged the surface and huge metal chunks taken out of the material. Nightmare absolutely nightmare. Would attach photos if I could.

Scammers! What you think you’re buying is not what you get. The pictures of the pantry organizer is nothing like what you get. It’s cheap metal. Priduct arrived with damage to every metal piece in the box. Can’t assemble because of all the damage and it’s not even close to the one in The pictures

I placed an order on November 9th I have not received it yet and can get no update on where it is. I would never have purchased it if knew I would be waiting this long.

I highly recommend Joybos since I purchased a room full of stackable plastic storage bins with lids. They are so easy to assemble and so beautiful. Delivery took a few weeks but was well worth the wait! We are using these for all our Christmas decorations. We stacked 6 bins to the ceiling. Stored lighter decorations in the higher bins and the heavier things
like electrical wires, in the lower bins. It is so easily accessible now with front doors!! Love them!!

The shelves are dented and one of the legs are bent so the wheel will not screw into the unit.

Good product. Delivery a little slow, be patient.

They responded late just bc of time difference overseas. Still have to respond on time.

Excellent quality and very sturdy. So easy to use and perfect for my daughters space.

The products are great quality and especially good designs for a small apartment, a renter and/or running a small business like I do. The cost savings offered for multiple purchases are so great and I love well thought out designs that are functional in so many different environments

Materiel reçu cassé, promesse d’une réexpedition qui n’arrive jamais, des nuls ! A eviter car aucun recours contre cette boite minable.

I bought one of their shelves from an ad on Instagram. It cost me $230. It took a month and a half to be delivered. What arrived was not what was pictured. The metal slats and shelves were thinner and wire was used instead of metal slats on the sides. Also the shelf was very flimsy. The whole thing wiggles. I asked for a return/refund. Their offer was $30. Beware, they are not selling what’s pictured.

My first delivery got lost and they resent my item. I was so happy to receive such great service and even though it took quite a while from my first order I was over the moon when my shelving arrived yesterday,I will certainly be a returning customer..

I bought it a month ago and until today I did not receive it
