Initially when I contacted this company regarding the whereabouts of my order I received a very swift reply, but two weeks on I still haven’t received my shelf unit and now I am not receiving replies to emails so I am not sure as to the legitimacy of this company. I have spent a lot of money which I cannot afford to waste, but it looks like there may be no product coming my way. I would not advise buying from them unless you like stress!

J’ai passé une commande le 14 janvier pour un article d’une valeur de 179 euro, hormis l’accusé de réception de la cde et l’encaissement plus aucune nouvelle d’une éventuelle date de livraison (même avec le numéro de tracking). Je déconseille.

If I could give less than 1, I would. First issue was the false advertising of shipping in 2-5 business days from the USA. 2 days later I got my shipping notice and found out that my order was shipping from CHINA. I finally received my order a month later. Upon unpacking the disassembled pieces, I found numerous pieces that were bent and dented. Once I got it together I realized I received a 5 tier cabinet despite ordering the 6 tier upgrade and had a door handle and door stopper missing. The 2nd cabinet I found the same 5 tier cabinet not the 6 tier upgrade that I ordered. This one was scrapped up and dented too but not to the extent of the first one. Again I contacted customer service telling them about the damage, missing pieces and getting the wrong cabinets. I asked them to, at the least, refund the difference and send me the missing pieces. The response I got was unbelievable. I was mistaken that I did get the right cabinet and that the 6 tier upgrade only had 5 tiers and not 6 despite sending me a picture of the cabinet I was supposed to receive. I could buy a handle locally and they would refund me 10$. No mention of the receipt of damaged cabinets despite my sending them numerous photo evidence of the extensive damage. I will be contacting the BBB and Attorney Generals Office to file complaints. These cabinets are expensive POS.

I ordered mops on 7 December as needed for my job, and Joybos spout "fast shipping" in emails and on their website.
My products finally arrived 64 days after placing the order. Apparently they decided to send it on a slow boat from China without giving me any opportunity to expedite the order if necessary.
Tracking had no information yet they trying to tell me "it's on it's way" and placate me with pathetic discounts and tell me to "wait as few more days". Never again. The same mops are available for much less via Temu and Amazon so that's where I will spend my money next time. Avoid!

Ordered in August, still not received my item. Have emailed them several times to request a refund and they have yet to action this. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Buyer beware. Joybos is not a US company and my product was made in China. Better to order Joybos products through Amazon. If the item is defective, you'll have to pay S&H to return. Costs almost as much to return as the item cost originally.

The finished product is very nice. I love that it is so sturdy and I have the ability close the door when I don’t want to see my stuff. And I would consider buying more to replace the old plastic shelves I have. However, the shipping process was poor. You sent me the wrong tracking number in the confirmation email, so I had no idea when it was getting delivered. Then FedEx propped it against my garage door instead of putting on the porch like any other normal delivery. So unknowingly when I opened the garage door it fell into my garage and I didn’t see it. So I backed out and shut the garage door and it got pinched by the garage door. Not sure if that or cheap bags was the culprit but because you didn’t package all the nuts and screws better, they were loose in the box. So I had to dig through the box and styrofoam to get them all. Which was hard to know if I got them all because you don’t list out the quantity in your instructions or YouTube video. So I had blow up your video and count the number of screws I was supposed to have. As far as actually putting it together your printed instructions and YouTube video don’t match. If you are reading this review skip the printed ones they give you and go to the YouTube video. The part where they put the back panel is a better way on the video vs the printed way. Lastly while I don’t think I put it together incorrectly the doors are not magnetized. And I had these metal brackets that weren’t shown in either of instructions (printed or video) what to do with them.

Product is great just some damage in shipping so maybe it could be packed better. Not enough damage to prevent usage.

Product arrived dented and missing parts. Very poor quality.

I love our 6 tier shelving unit. My only issue is the doors swing. It’d be great if there was a magnetic stop. It arrived within 10 days and it was easy to put together. It is strong and pleasant to look at. I would buy this again!

I want these returned They were not heavy duty. One is damaged and the other one won’t work for my business. I ordered heavy duty and they are giving me a hard time about turning them. Terrible customer service

Had this item delivered to my studio unit. Went out and purchased quite a few dry goods to store on it. After coming home and putting the item together (every single piece of it, nothing is assembled), I sat down for about 2 minutes and that's when the entire cabinet fell over behind itself under the weight of the item that were put on the shelf? Called Joybos and they answer the phone "Hello?", I had to ask "hello, is this a company or individual since all you've said is hello", the lady was almost incapable of speaking English. She advised me to send an email to "surveys@joy***.com". I asked her multiple time why I would send an order claim to the survey email and she wouldn't answer, she would sit there for an entire two minutes while I asked this question and not respond. I asked her to spell it and she was so ignorant she could not spell the email she could not pronounce to me. I had to do my own research and come to find out, the email is service@joy***.com. She could not pronounce it nor spell it for me.

Sent the photos in and Joybos said I replaced the feet with wheels so they won't cover it. THEY SENT ME THE WHEELS WITH THE CABINET TO INSTALL ON THE CABINET, THE WHEELS CAME WITH IT.

They offered $30 for almost fatally injuring my children and when I pointed out the wheels they're denying me for were actually included and encouraged to be installed by including them, I've received no response from them. They did not include any instructions or disclaimers that installing the included wheels could lead to the cabinet falling over.

Then make accusations that I installed wheels when I wasn't supposed to lol.

Update: I did find 2 later emails in my Junk folder regarding the shipping issues. Fingers crossed the items now come. Will update accordingly. Note to Joybos. Would be beneficial for all to indicate anticipated ship times in a prominent place.

Still waiting for a reply from Joybos. I don't understand why they won't even reply. My multi-hundred-dollar order has been in transit for over 25 days.

Sent text below via email twice. No one (or vm) answers the listed phone number and the live chat isn't live.. just a form to fill out. Feels VERY much like a scam site. About to report them to my credit card company as well.

Email (with no reply) sent over a week ago.
"Placed a somewhat large order 12/10. Tracking info indicates it was to be delivered 12/31. Still have not received it. Tracking hasn't been updated since 12/20. Order #51323. No one answers your phone number nor your email (as I have attempted to contact you both ways). Please update me on the status of my order ASAP. Regards - Marie Johnson

I bought the 6 tier pantry organizer for a little over $400. Overpriced is an extreme understatement. The product is made in China, evidently so. Cheap thin metal with many parts needed to be bent back in place. There was no magnetic backstop like the picture and description showed. Plastic parts to hold the acrylic panels in place. I would pay maybe 25% of what they are asking for. Don’t be fooled by their seemingly legit website and product pictures. Complete garbage.
