I apologize for not writing this review sooner. I did receive the mop/bucket not long after posting a review about not receiving it. Like it as much as one can like a mop & bucket. Highly recommend. Fantastic that the bucket has two compartments with wringers. Love the colors! Arrived without instructions. I typically need instructions & sometimes supervision, LOL!. Concerned that the compartments had two different Chinese symbols. Thought that must signify particular use for each. Decided to wing it. Excellent job on the floors. Took into shower because onyx extends to ceiling (I'm short). Wonderful. Later found a video. I was using it incorrectly, Like my way better: Dunk mop in side with floor cleaner, wring, and mop. Then dunk dirty mop in empty side, wring most of the dirt off. By end of cleaning, cleaner side is still very clean, the other side has some ugly dirty water. Please note: I have LVF. Only wringing once prior to mopping might not work as well on hardwood. Although the floors aren't overly wet. Dry quickly. Easy to empty and clean bucket. I remove all the top pieces plus the plug and toss in the dishwasher. (That's why went looking for video. Needed to see how to put it back together, LOL!) Space saving. Downsized from 1300 square feet to 875! If I can find space for it, anyone can. Almost forgot to mention the best part: Cleaning pad stays put on the mop. Excellent the way it adheres! Good design. The pad machine washes well (looks new again) and air dries quickly. Only negative comment: because the mop handle twists together, it does untwist during cleaning. Now that I know, I just check to see if it's loose every now and then. Not a problem. So that was a long story to tell you it was worth the wait. Don't even know if it was later than anticipated. Just thought odd I was asked to review before receiving. Would recommend.

Scam. It's already pass one month but no update.
I won't buy here anymore.

They offer me free things. Finally I received product what a bummer.
I bought same product from Walmart $70 but here $150 more.
It looks very nice on website but it's not. China quality.
Better buy Walmart or Ikea.

Ordered a storage stand for the kitchen and paid for expedited delivery and a month later it still hadn't arrived. I got on their site to check the status and it said that it would arrive in about another week from that point. It didn't arrive so I checked the status again and it said "order not found." I've emailed them and it is impossible to get in touch with them. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!

Terrible customer service and doesn’t adhere to their own return policy. I tried to get a refund because I was not satisfied with the product’s quality. I paid nearly €150 for cheap plastic with a mirror. I asked for return instructions and was only offered a 15% discount because the company couldn’t afford to lose a profit. Can’t make this up.

Garbage product, delivery took forever, arrived damaged. Cheaply made, embarrassed to put it in the garage it looks so bad.

I canceled my order and have not received my credit

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I bought the product. Paid for expedited shipping. 33 days and it is “damaged and unable to be delivered” by UPS. Customer service refuses to refund my order. They have my money and I literally have nothing.
UPDATE:
Package shows up pretty much in tatters and covered in box tape. Unpacked it and found 50% of the pieces bent, no instructions or parts list. Tried to assemble and gave up. Re-packaged and re-taped the box. I’ve asked for a shipping label and refund.
Buy at your own risk.

They have literally now said:
"Due to transportation reasons, the motherboard is squeezed, please try to use pliers to restore it. To compensate for this, We would like a free Joybos® Portable Detachable Folding Mesh Makeup Bag. It is stocked in the US warehouse. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 days for arrival. Would you like to accept it? "
They told me to use pliers to bend back the metal and offered a make up bag?!!?!
This company is a scam.

My paid for order never arrived, when I go to the site it says “unavailable”. I will be reporting and reversing charge at my bank. Seems like fraud.

I have bought a lot of things from here, everything you sent was just as they were described and was as you see it, delivery was on time, once a parcel came all broken up but you replaced it right away, brilliant.

My containers were easy to put together and all parts fit very well. Thanks

Placed an order at the end of august and never received. On the map, the shipment is still located in the middle of Italy. I wrote an email to yita@----.com and I got no answer. Will I get my shipment? Who knows.

Just the same as mentioned previously by another customer, placed an order, charged credit card , no product. Be aware - scam!!!!
Will reverse charges on credit card.

L’article commandé le 24/08 est arrivé en mauvais état LE 05/09,inutilisable;problème de soudure et d’emballage insuffisant ce qui l’a entièrement abimé .
On me propose après x.photos de me rembourser la moitié du montant du produit ce que je refuse demandant un bon de retour.
Nouvelle proposition :on me renvoie un article similaire .J’accepte cette proposition et attends depuis ,je relance ,on me prie d’être patiente….jusqu’à quand?

C’était un article relativement cher et à l’arrivée de bien mauvaise qualité

Nous sommes le 17/10 et je viens de recevoir l’article similaire à celui commandé cette fois en bon état.
Ce fut très long mais la conclusion est satisfaisante.

I ordered a 6-level tower. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of these stackable & collapsible boxes. They came in two big brown boxes in the mail. It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble the two 3-level towers. I could have made a 6-level but decided to separate them since each set came with one top cover. These boxes must be assembled as a set for the same reason; they are NOT individual boxes with top cover. Delivery is much slower than Amazon Prime. My order took a month to arrive. I'm still happy with this purchase.

Very simple. I placed my order, they charged my credit card. Never received my order or heard anything from them. Amazing experience 🤔
