I was a little skeptical when I first took it out of the box. But after assembling the cabinet and putting it to use it is a great addition to my home. I use it for my early plants and also house plants in pots. Nice and strong I will probably be getting more.

I Haven't received the order . The tracking number that they provided show that the order has been delivered but I never received the order. I tried to contact the seller but they only responded the same automatic emails and not helping at all. Don't buy from this website. Wasting the Money and time!

This is the best storage box I've ever bought. Easiest to assemble. The doors don't fall off and are the perfect size for my shoes and booties. Another notable feature is the transparency so you can see what's inside without opening it.

I ordered something on October 10th. They say 2-5 day shipping, it’s now Nov 11th and I haven’t received the item or any information about when I might receive it.

The cabinet is very nice, sturdy and is perfect for storage. I love the way it looks

I ordered two five shelf units recently. They arrived fairly quick. They were very easy to assemble by myself. They look great.
One of them had a small amount of damage when it arrived. Customer service was great and responded quickly. I was actually able to fix the damage myself and was still compensated. I will definitely order from them again.

My wife ordered a five-tier cabinet and asked me to assemble it. I was expecting it was going to be cheap laminate particle board. But I was very happy to see it was actually made intelligently using steel! This cabinet will last forever! It was very easy to assemble, until I discovered that the hinges for the four doors had not been included. I Emailed customer service. Both Nora and Rachel went the extra mile and had a new complete bag of parts shipped our way! Our new cabinet is far better than we expected!

Retoure nur direkt nach China möglich...das ist absoluter Betrug, da eine Retoursendung, deren Kosten man selbst tragen muss, sehr teuer ist und oft den Warenwert übersteigt.

I have the same experience as many others. I ordered the clothes rack on October 2 and have not received in yet. On October 3rd said shipment was on the way and I wuld get a tracking number. I have received nothing. I have reached out with no response. I read that if I receive my clothes rack it will not be what I expected. I cannot find a place on their website to leave a review. This is a scam and I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company.

My hat is off to Nora from Customer Service. We worked on my order for over 2 months and finalized a satisfactory solution. My products arrived damaged, and one had a missing part, which was critical for operating as advertised. Nora not only sent me a new unit (damaged again by shipment) but told me to keep the unit with the missing parts for spare parts. She even facilitated a refund of a reasonable amount of money with her supervisor. I received that refund and am now closing this case. Working with Joybos was a professional pleasure. Many online vendors blow you off, and you lose every cent spent on their products. Not Joybos, they stand behind their sales. Kudos and best wishes forward.

Ordered two metal kitchen cabinets for premium dollars and received cheap quality in horrible condition cabinets. If you think IKEA products are cheap try JOYBOYS products at twice the price, cheap quality, no quality control, ZERO customer service.

Flachwischer ist eigentlich nicht schlecht, aber der Service! Immerhin 75€ gezahlt und den defekten Stiel bemängelt. Nach anfänglicher Entschuldigung und Bitte nach Foto, kommt lange Pause. Ersatzteillieferung steht noch aus, das Gewinde hat keinen EU Standart.
Nee, bitte, nicht noch einmal. Diese ständige hin und her Email Geschichte ist nichts für mich.

Jetzt habe ich die Meldung bekommen, dass die Ersatzteile in 7 bis 14 Tagen hier sein sollen. Na gut!

Fair-quality construction of folding metal shelving. The shelving is overpriced based on the quality of construction and materials. Slow delivery times by weeks. Some money was refunded after a complaint was made to the company which shows that they are concerned about their image and willing to accept some responsibility for their products. Perhaps they need to consider reducing the price of products and improving the quality of paintwork, and fabrication.

These shelves were super easy to put up. They fold easily so I can take them with me to events! And they looks super sharp with all my yarn to get organized. Very sturdy!

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Got a rack for clothing, which supposedly was to be heavy duty and steel, for the price I assumed it was heavy duty since it was twice what a regular good one would cost. For starters, the item was offered from a local area and turned out to be from China and it took longer than expected, much much longer. I put the rack together and fell apart in less time than it took me to put the clothes on it. AND I MEAN fell apart and twisted bad since the material is nothing but some thin metal, thinner than you get in a can of soup...time to fight with PayPal or Credit Card if needed

Buyer stay away from this company firstly charge in US dollars when said AUD so purchase was double 1 item arrived very poor quality still waiting on my clothes line that cost 280AUD ordered over a month ago not even been dispatched don't I will see it and imagine I have lost my $$$ lesson learnt BEWARE

I purchased some stackable storage boxes from Joybos. Delivery was taking longer than expected and when I contacted the Company to cancel, I was told that the item had been shipped and could not be cancelled.

Eventually Evri delivered the package but stated that it was from Duopuda. No return address on the package.

I contacted Customer Services as the product is not of the quality expected. I was advised that I can return the product at my expense to China, or receive £5 and keep the product.

Beware if you use this company for the sharp business practice.

I ordered a clothes rack, received email to say it was on its way, with a tracking number. I tried to check tracking number but it isn't recognised. I have email a number of times and as yet no response or product. After reading some of the other comments it does seem to be a scam, otherwise I would have received a response. I would appreciate a response and the product ordered and paid for. Thank you

This company really needs to be avoided. They are so unprofessional and unhelpful but especially just useless.

You place an order with them, they give you the impression your item is being delivered but you start to realise, week after week, month after month, no item is forthcoming and all they continually advise you is, “just wait another week”!

Joybos are scammers. Plain and simple.

Buy from them at your own risk. Just Google whatever they’re selling and you’ll find so many more merchants selling that same item but are at least reliable when it comes to shipping.

Zero stars.

Follow up to reply: Nora from the customer service team is just a blatant LIAR and as I emphasised, Joybos is just a scam company that’s very unprofessional.
The delivery took over (2) months to complete and when there were many many emails reiterating a request for a refund, it was as though I was speaking to a brick wall, whereby Nora/Rachel would simply reply telling me to “wait just another a week ago”. Ridiculous!
Even if they offered a full refund now, I’d decline just to avoid having anything to do with this awful company.
