The product was plastic shelving that is advertised as being stacked several high and being able to slide one out independently. It was as expensive or more compared to the Container Store, but made as cheaply as the dollar store. I wanted less than a quarter of the price back because they offered a minimal amount for compensation. The return policy is terrible. The quality is terrible. You are getting ripped off.

Paid $30 for expedited auspost shipping - didn't leave their warehouse for 30 days and then it gets palmed off on to couriersplease, who instantly informed me there was going to be a further shipping delay.

Steer clear of this place.

We purchased the Joybos® 90 Inches Heavy Metal Folding Portable Clothes Drying Rack F212 for
£141.95. More expensive than many but it appeared to be well made and the photos on the website showed it folding for storage in a corner of a room.
On arrival, it is well manufactured but it appears that unless the reinforcement bars are removed,which is not practical it doesn't fold to the dimensions they said 136cm height 13 cm wide. It dies fold flat. I've tried contacting them to ask if we have missed something and there is a way to do it, if not, these misleading photos should be removed from their website. I sent a message on their online chat on 30th January, no response two reminders, still nothing.

Der Schrank kam bei uns auch total verbeult und nicht verwendbar an. Eine Kontaktaufnahme ist ebenfalls erfolglos. Es werden uns nur Preisreduzierung angeboten aber eine Rücksendeadresse bzw. Zusicherung des kompletten Kaufpreises bleiben aus.
Absoluter Schrott zu überteuerten Preisen.

Placed an order 12/23, received a response the same day saying the order was on the way with a tracking number and that I would receive another email within 72 hours with updated information.
No such tracking number exists. No further emails. No response to email inquiries. The phone number rings a few times then drops the call.

I placed an order on 11/28/24. Received the free gift, but still have not received my order as of Jan 7. I have emailed several inquiries and have had no response. Today I called the customer service number and no answer, no voicemail to return call, NOTHING!!!!

UPDATE 01/23/25 STILL NO RESPONSE FROM JOYBOS!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I ASSUME THAT I WILL NOT BE REINBURSED OR THE PRODUCT REPLACED! If I hear from the seller, I will update my review. In the meantime, this company is a SCAM!!

I absolutely love my new mop. Great product, easy and convenient, fit fine to Mop Bucket, highly recommended.

I bought Joybos® Sewage Separation Hands-free Wash Mop And Bucket Set, With Three Types of Mop Heads for my mother. She opened it as soon as she received it and started mopping the floor right away. She fell in love with it. It really warmed my heart to hear her happy voice, her floors were always sticky and no matter what she used, she was sure it was the dirty water from her old mop. Now that she uses this, then she walks around on it and the floors are not sticky anymore. She says it works great and she loves it, which makes me happy too.

These 5-stars reviews are mostly not real. Pay close attention and you will notice they are either bots or AI generated responses posted by hired commenters. This matter alone says enough of Joybos's business practice.

Update : the bank has investigated my credit card dispute, and has successfully enforced full refund action onto Joybos, within two days I launched the dispute. This needs to be known by more people. If you got ripped off by Joybos, contact your bank to do a credit card transaction dispute. It is the only way to get your money back. Engaging communication with Joybos's customer service was a waste of time.

Still waiting for item ordered in Oct 2024, price ($350.95)

Avoid at all cost if you want your item within two weeks. I give one star for their customer service. It is the only good thing about it.

The item I ordered in Oct 2024 has not yet arrived to this date when I write this review (18th Dec 2024). On their website, they never stated the estimate delivery time. I later found out from item tracking that they are all shipped from mainland China.

I obviously tried to contact their customer service about this but they are not able to do anything in this situation. They later offered me $10 credit after one month of communication, then they offered $20 credit after two month of communication. Unfortunately the item has not arrived and likely won't arrive this year. I have therefore request a total refund and awaiting for their reply.

I have checked the last mile carrier in January 2025 too, and they have not received my items yet.

I have also launched a credit card transaction dispute with my bank and hopefully they will help out chasing this.

If I get total refund, then at least their customer service is of some good. If not, I will update further here. Regardless, I will make a review about this on all review website I know, and suggest all my friends and family to steer away from this shopping platform.

Lieferung ging schnell. Ist die Preis-/Leistung nicht wert. Dünnes Blech, kam auf einer Seite verbogen. Bestellt bei DE, Billigware aus China-Direktimport. Was hätte ich gemacht, wenn ich es wieder zurück gegeben hätte?
Zusammenbau dauerte mit viel Geduld - Standartbeschreibung für alle Modelle erhalten. Ich dachte zuerst, das ist ja gar nicht das, was ich bestellt hatte.

Joy is personnel was responsive and answered my questions.

Meuble de cuisine Joybos reçu en 8 jours. Notice de montage en chinois seulement mais en réfléchissant un minimum, c'est assez facile et rapide à monter. De bonne qualité.
Pas de confirmation de commande par mail, c'était inquiétant mais en leur écrivant j'ai reçu un mail contenant un lien de suivi de colis.
Les nombreux avis très négatifs m'avaient vraiment inquiété à tort...

Achat d'étagères pliables.
Délai de livraison raisonnable.
Qualité : déçue quant à la qualité du produit. A la vue des photos sur site, je m'attendais à un produit plus solide. Je ne suis pas sûre que ces étagères supportent le poids annoncé sur le site.
Conclusion : rapport qualité/prix décevant

Order a magnetic window cleaner for more than 80$. The product took a month to come. Instructions in Chinese only. The magnet is so strong that my fingers got clamped between them and it was quite painful and hard to open. There is no safety mechanism. I could not get the product to slide on window and not have cracked glass which will cost hundreds to fix. The company is trying to give me back 10-15$ and stating they cannot sent a return label. BEWARE.. Do not support them. They are not listed with the better business bureau in US.

This was very easy for me to put together. I slid the metal cylinders down into the side slots, put the mesh "top" down around the outside of the hamper, wheeled it to its new home in the bedroom, and started putting laundry in it. It's very convenient to roll it to the laundry room rather than having to carry a basket. Very happy with this laundry hamper.

Products on pictures or graphics are fake. Item in the end looks different. Different paint quality and even shade of color. Unpainted spots. Overpirced at least 3 times. Buy on Ali and dont have big hopes

Junk - simple.
I'll accept I was scammed and will be more careful in future. I don't think I've ever seen such a poor quality item:
