I ordered two 6-layer storage units from Joybos over the past year. Both times the items arrived in perfect condition. The customer service was excellent. Each time I contacted them they replied me in a pleasant and helpful way within 24 hrs. I couldn’t be happier with this company, and hope to buy from them again in the future.

This company is a joke WARNING you have any problems they just ignore you and hope you go away. I purchased a unit on the 11th of august on a 3-5 day delivery, 6weeks later I still don’t have. I have used all there contact methods at least twice not only have I got no results no one has even responded to me .. I then got on to head office in Hong Kong who admitted they had order and payment and would get unit to me in two weeks , guess what I’m still waiting

Das Regal hat sehr viele beschadigungen, auch an tragenden Teilen.
Manche Teile fehlen generell, wurden einfach nicht angeschweißt.
Schlecht verpackt, viele Transportschäden.

Ein Regal für 200, Materialwert sicher unter 25 Euro.

Kontaktaufnahme funktioniert nicht, es meldet sich nieman.
Fall ist jetzt beim Rechtsanwalt

Bought a heavy duty collapsable clothes drying rack for $149.50. I would have been better off buying one from Kmart for $20. The rack is flimsy and wobbles around and has no ‘heavy duty’ properties at all. Tried to use it on a windy day, under cover and it couldn’t hold itself in place even when fully loaded with wet clothes. Sent a video to Joybos showing how unstable and flimsy it was and customer care didn’t seem to think it was a problem. They were happy for me to return it for them to review, at my cost. The courier to return it would cost me $180! Customer care has offered a $20 refund, but I’ve still paid $139.50 for a rack that isn’t as advertised- heavy duty. Will not be using this company again!! Absolute scam!!

Je suis obligée de mettre une étoile pour émettre un avis défavorable pour une société au delà de la malhonnêteté, j’ai passé une commande le 03/07/2024 ( un étendoir à linge) au prix de 99€ inutile de vous dire que la somme a été débitée de mon compte. Après plusieurs échanges avec cette société qui me reproche d’avoir été absente les jours qui précédaient la date de livraison. Pour cette société j’aurais du rester de planton . Ensuite ne sachant plus donné suite il me r3nvoie vers la DPD avec un n° fantaisiste de suivi, cette dernière me demande le n° qui se trouve sur le colis,le 8/09/2024je n’aie toujours pas reçu mon colis.
PRENEZ GARDE SE SONT DES ARNAQUEURS ET LE MOT EST FAIBLE

Read all the reviews people. They will scam you. Products are not as they appear in pictures. Mine was damaged. They will do everything to avoid dealing with you or honoring their return policy.

Commande d'un étendoir pliable F225 sur lequel il y avait 1 vidéo d une personne suspendue aux barres les pieds dans le vide.
1ere utilisation pour 1 brocante à peine 10 cintres et la barre se plie, photo à l appuie. je mets des cintres sur la barre opposée et tout s écroule.
Les gens accourent pour ramasser donc pas eu le temps de prendre 1 photo.
Je demande 1 retour pour publicité mensongère, on me répond qu il n faut pas le déplier entièrement et mettre les cintres lourds aux extrémités.
J'ai du menacer de déclencher 1 litige PayPal pour me faire rembourser.
Frais de retour à ma charge 25.5 € et on me déduit 9€ d remboursement pour la remise en stock du produit !!!!

Die schlechteste Qualität die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Leider hat auch die Rückabwicklung nicht funktioniert. bzw. wir warten schon seit 5 Wochen auf die Rücküberweisung. Auch nach mehrmaliger schriftlicher Aufforderung passiert hier nichts. Ich kann von so einem Händler nur abraten.

par contre n'acheter pas à MIKE un vendeur foire et il ne s'occupe pas du tout du sav il vend et puis terminé et en plus vous payez en suisse
deux conseils si vous achetez à la foire
demander ou vous payez ( Mike en suisse donc frais de banque)
demander une facture si problème vous pouvez attaquer

Otherwise, size, colour etc accurate, but paid a reasonable.amount.of.money for inferior quality.

Seems small, but the interior is actually rather roomy. Images can deceive. The batteries often running out is the only problem. That way, when you knock on it or remove the trash bag, the batteries will fall out.

I'm cleaning a walk-in shower with it. adore that the head can turn back and forth, allowing you to move the brush along the edge of the wall. Merely twelve dollars, well worth it!

Horrible quality, customer service is in China and very difficultto get through to. Returns cost 10% restocking plus (high) shipping cost! Items not as described!!
Avoid this company! If you do buy anything make sure you use a credit card with good consumer protection!!!

Nicht nochmal... Habe ein paar Schubladen für den Schrank und eine Medikamentenbox bestellt - nach einem Monat ist bis jetzt nur die Hälfte der Lieferung angekommen. Die Sachen werden direkt aus China geschickt und es dauert ewig...und das was angekommen ist, ist billiger Plastikmüll und stinkt - würde ich nie wieder kaufen oder empfehlen

I love the selection and am very impressed with the communication from Joybos. I was missing a piece and they were extremely responsive and quick to resolve the challenge. I love my new cabinet. I'd recommend searching for the YouTube instructions for assembly... Super helpful and easy. This was my 3rd purchase and counting.

Commande introuvable depuis plus de 3 mois, service client joignable uniquement lorsque j'ai ouvert mon litige 'Paypal donc quand il n'a plus aucune échappatoire, refuse toujours de me rembourser ou de répondre à mes mails alors que La Poste reconnait par écrit la perte des colis.Autrement dit ce chinois doit posséder un très bon oreiller anéthique puisqu'il n'a aucun problème avec le fait de me voler et de voler La Poste puisqu'il refuse de me rembourser alors qu'il a récupéré ses fonds Paypal après la clôture du litige pour délai dépassé.
J'ai réussi à obtenir une extension de ma récla auprès du S.C.Paypal, nous sommes en Juin, j'attends la décision finale de ces derniers pour obtenir ce que de droit incessamment sous peu, du moins je l'espère ! Navrée d'avoir eu affaire à des "personnes" de cet acabit.
Patience car tout se paye dans la vie ... Bon vol !!

I have started a dispute on alibaba.com. I hope alibaba.com will recover my money from these scammers.

My advice to you; Stay away from this company. Their only concern is to scam you and take the money in your pocket. They have absolutely no trade ethics.

Totaler Müll. Schrank bestellt für 225 Euro, nach 6 Wochen kam er an. Sehr viele Dellen und Kratzer. Billigste Verarbeitung schätze Materialkosten auf ca. 30 Euro. Nicht zu empfehlen! Auf Kontakt antwortet niemand.

le 18 avril il m'a été annoncé que ma commande était en livraison : SZHYT numéro de suivi: HYT2023010103152
et depuis pas de nouvelle pas de livraison l'adresse mail service joybos.com est injoignable ??
et en allant sur le site joybos.fr numéro de suivi incorrect ??? Qui peut m'aider ?
Le 24 mai j'ai enfin reçu ma commande , il m'a fallu de la patience et une aide précieuse du service clientèle de JOYBOS qui m'a permis de retrouver la trace de mon colis. tout se termine bien donc il ne faut pas tenir compte de leur délais de livraison. Patience patience si vous êtes en attente d'un colis.

Suite à une commande annulée dans les délais et après de multiples démarches la société a remboursé l'intégralité de la commande, respectant ainsi ses conditions générales de vente.
