You pay and do not know when your products arrive and the way to track is terrible, you do not know where it comes from or anything.

I ordered a ring from this company and wanted to return it as it so cheap looking. They asked me for pictures. I sent the pictures and they used them to make a fake post on FB saying I was a happy
Customer. They will not give me my refund or return address. Beware of this company. I do not recommend!

I wrote them and told them I was missing a stone. There is nothing in the packaging to tell me anything about returning the ring. I gave all the info in the package and on the package. I would have expected that being they had nothing about the ring in packaging I would have been able to return it. I know have paid for a ring I can't use. Poor Business.

Bad product no Retoure possible. Fake product and Fake China Shop. They threaten me if i send the product back it’s only possible to China and i have to Pay Taxes and everything. So i wouldn‘t get any Money back!! But the adress from the Package was send from Cologne. All Fake!

Please, please, please Do Not buy anything from this company, it’s a Scam and follow all the negative comments about them because they are true. This company needs to be reported to BBB, also the overall star reviews are not accurate.

Can’t wait for my product

Almost 2 months ago, I placed order, paid for order, then found out item was out of stock 21 days after order placed. Requested to CANCEL order considering item not in stock and not shipped. So far there has been a constant back and forth with Joshine to cancel order and return money paid considering item STILL NOT IN STOCK and has not been shipped as stated in their return/refund policy. I am so tired of this bogus Chinese company and it's deceptive theft strategies. I want and deserve to have my money refunded based on item was not in stock at time of initial purchase, IS not in stock as of today and was never shipped as noted in their refund/return policy.
