horrible customer service for any returns....
I purchased a duvet and shams - duvet didn't work out so instead chose another product. The return/exchange process is HORRIBLE. They want a photo of the product you are returning (WHY??) before they will "authorize" a return. They continue in every email exchange to state they will charge you if it's not up to their standards of a return ??? -
They state they will charge me for shipping back - and have no ability to make an exchange- I must reorder separately and pay shipping on that product.
NO thanks- many other companies who will be gracious and not treat customers as they are incapable of making a return correctly and with out "approval" and photo's and various emails....
