The side tables we bought are beautiful! Solid wood, well constructed, and delivered with a lot of care. Couldn’t be happier knowing we’ll have these for decades.

We love the ottoman! Beautiful leather and color. It’s perfect for our living room. But what’s even better is it came in this great box! It’s super thick and double lined cardboard so we use it as an outdoor playpen for our baby. He loves it. Plays in it for hours. Thanks for the extra item!

I didn’t even know there was such a thing as a headboard that attaches to the wall instead of to the bed frame. This was the perfect solution to take our guest room to the next level of comfort. It’s beautiful and exactly what we needed.

Such a good deal for such high quality! Came quickly, loved the rust color, easy to assemble. Also, love that they stack since we plan on using them for guests inside and outside.

Purchased the Sorrento 105" Leather Right-Facing Sectional Sofa in November of 2025 and initially it was a beautiful/comfortable couch. We love the look of the chaise and the cognac… it’s the perfect color to go with our mid century decor. However, I’ve never been SO disappointed with how the couch is breaking in. It squeaks and creaks every time we sit on it (and we are not large people by all means). Additionally, as I’ve seen with other reviewers… the couch cushions are breaking down and are so uncomfortable to sit on. Basically, the couch is great to look at but not to actually use. Not something you hope for out of a $3100 couch.
We will be looking into replacing the couch as it has been an uber disappointment.

Buying online is always nerve wracking, especially when it comes to big ticket items like furniture. We are BEYOND HAPPY with the leather sofa and leather ottoman received and would not hesitate buying from P&B again in the future. Great quality pieces for very reasonable prices.

Excellent sofa, delivery and setup. Also, the sofa with a single seat cushion (vs 3), leather finish and side cushions--bravo! Dark green color exceeded expectations--well done! Last but not least, the large size, even with cushions, perfect fit a 6' afternoon nap :)

Product & delivery excellent

We ordered two leather sofas from Poly & Bark and it was a great experience. The communication exceeded my expectations and the sofas arrived on time. The quality of the leather is fantastic! Very happy with our purchase!

The shipping was overall relatively quick and very easy (we chose the for a little extra charge option to deliver directly into a ground floor room). We and our guests have loved this pull out couch - everyone has said it is super comfy and it has been very easy to pack and unpack for guests. Also a bonus that the fabric is a kind of soft velvety material with some variation in the thread that our cats do not scratch/if they occasionally snag onto it, it does not leave any noticeable markings. Highly recommend!

A quality product, just like the full-grain leather sofa!

First of all, the couch is AMAZING! It's the perfect shade of green, it is big enough to comfortably lounge 4 large adults, and it is high enough off the ground that my very tall friends feel comfortable sitting on it. It is a nice firmness, although I am looking forward to it "breaking in" a bit. The delivery and white glove takeaway service is well worth the $$$ - they left me a perfect couch and took every last piece of packaging with them.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER resulting in this online company KEEPING $383.38 in “fees” for No Couch, No Product whatsoever with unclear and conflicting communication that customer service (Jessica Carter and Dave P) claims they cannot refund. The 1st line of this company’s statement claims a “hassle-free delivery” which was nothing but a hassle from the start—I should’ve known better than to trust a large purchase from an online company. From the beginning, dates for delivery were completely off by a FULL MONTH (which we had planned/coordinated to be delivered on the dates we were given) due to an unforeseen water leak/renovation. I tried repeatedly to coordinate with their transportation company which assured me each time an automated delivery window could not be met to ignore the automations, that they would deliver on a certain day that worked for me, which they Did Not; in fact the opposite happened when dates/windows started coming closer together becoming completely unreasonable to the point of purposely accruing “fees”by sending texts/emails for less than 24 hours notice on days the company was closed (Sundays) so you could not “refuse” the delivery time—LITERALLY ON EASTER Sunday afternoon a delivery notice was sent saying the couch would arrive 9:30am the next day Monday, less than 24 hours notice on a holiday weekend when we were unavailable with family BUT could not call and refuse delivery on that same day as Sunday they are closed! Poly & Bark said “storage fees” were now accruing and had to be paid before any delivery (which I thought I would work out with customer service explaining this situation) but the transportation company kept on initiating delivery! I finally decided to just pay some fees just to get the couch delivered which Poly & Bark said they had sent to me (they did not, no email record/attached correspondence, and in fact quoted 2 different numbers up to $550!!)and were to be paid by the end of the week. When I contacted them the inquire the clarification of the actual amount and where to pay on Friday they said they had already started the return process (it was not yet the end of the week) and I would be charged NOT ONLY those fees but additional restocking fees and I would not be refunded the white glove service fee (setting up couch, etc) even though that service was clearly never provided (to this point “read the fine print on this option” was the excuse.) This company miscommunicated at best, but moreover blatantly lied through transportation and emails all the while acting helpful, and in the end kept $400 and returned my paid for couch without consent. The crazy part is as I had good intentions and really needed that couch in an already stressful situation, I was actually thinking of ordering again UNTIL I saw they kept $400 with no apology or recourse. Lessons learned. Unfortunate experience. I’m not sure I’ve ever written a negative review but I’m writing now hoping this saves others from a truly frustrating loss of an experience.

Really happy with our Zion leather sectional. Shipping was faster than expected. Beautiful sofa! So far so good and it's holding up nicely considering I have four dogs. Very comfortable too :)

Amazing customer service! Delivery time was super fast, and quality of our dining chairs is outstanding. Beautiful craftsmanship on the chairs, and very comfortable. Would definitely purchase from Poly & Bark again!
