I have had to switch my pooch from dry to wet food due to his age and lack of teeth and Donna was really helpful. She always says hello to everyone in the store and makes a fuss of my daughters every time I go in.

There was a new girl on she was still getting hang of things,so she went get anther member of staff which was great got what I needed. Then at till the new girl was struggling abit so the other women came again and helped her out. The new girl said thank you for your patience,I said we all got start somewhere.

The young man who was serving me was very attentive and polite, though I don’t know his name unfortunately. He gave me advice and ‘indulged’ my dog, ‘Montague’ (a black Labrador) with one or two biscuit’s! The staff are always very pleasant and helpful and I enjoy shopping there as there are so many lovely things for people’s pets all at a very reasonable price. I prefer shopping there as there is a wide range of stylish dog coats and accessories, including leads, collars, toys and many other things, especially the biscuits… The range of food is extensive for all pet's, including cats, dogs, rabbits, fish and exotic animals and I am impressed with how the staff encourage people to donate to ‘Windy Way’ animal sanctuary in Macclesfield. The staff are lovely and are all very helpful and give sound advice.

The range of products and affordability. I love the fact that we can buy a shelter dog a meal and they also do a Billy chip which buys a meal for a homeless person and if you give it to Jolleys they will double it. As an animal lover this is just the best. The staff are also super friendly and helpful.

I visited the store for some dog chews and the sales assistant was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the charities they were collecting donations for .

I visited the store to purchase training treats, dog food and to see what dmall animal forage products they had. I was able to get what I needed at a good price as they had a good sale/offer deal on across the store. Staff were helpful and the store was clean and tidy always a good experience when I visit.

Very friendly helpful. cheerful staff and nothing was too much trouble even just opened the gave much needed advice and help will definitely be back
