Jollyes The Pet People - Congleton Anmeldelser

Would have given more stars if it was possible. Our daughter's very elderly Bulgarian rescue recently became very ill. We took her to our vet who prescribed three different types of tablets for her but unfortunately, although she was very ill, she was very, very reluctant to take the tablets. We called at our local branch of Jollyes in Congleton, mentioned our problem and a very helpful, knowledgeable young lady named Jessica immediately came to our assistance. She showed us some products which she was sure would help, they are helping and the dog is very slowly recovering. We cannot thank her enough for all her help and would suggest that she should have at least a pay rise and even a promotion!

We got our first puppy, whenever we went in there was a woman named Leah who has and is very helpful when we were confused with things like food. We were a bit worried as some dogs can be funny with certain foods, she recommended the life stage which has natural ingredients and we could return it if it didn't sit well. Although, we didn't need to.

We've been to other franchises pet stores, the stuff they stock aren't as good and in particular the staff weren't as friendly or helpful, so it's Jollyes Congleton for us now.

Andy went above and beyond tonight to find me a water feeder for my chickens in an emergency mission !!!! An absolute credit to your company !! There were non on the shelf but according to stock there was one left!!! He searched everywhere and finally found it in the corner of the store under a load of boxes!!!! Too often staff in other businesses fob us off especially at closing time but NOT Andy !! Recognition is definitely needed! Thanks so much for saving the night!!! 🎉

Always a friendly welcome at Congleton store for pets and owners alike. I love that the dogs seem to know it's their shop!!!
The staff are so attentive and helpful and take time to see to your pet's needs and your queries where needed. They are all very knowledgeable about the products and able to advise.
Also, there is always someone willing to take the heavy food sack to the car.
Well done all round, keep up the good work.
Thank you.

Great helpful and friendly staff, good selection, great prices and convenient location

Great service and a very passionate group of staff. I was welcomed with a joyful welcome and a smile. Not something I'm used to when visiting other pet shops. Nothing was too much trouble and I got everything I wanted and more. Will definitely return.

The shop looks a little outdated but the staff definitely make up for it and are clearly experts in regards to their knowledge which is much more valuable to me.

I can’t compliment enough the staff at the Congleton Iv only just started buying from there more recently as the staff are just so helpful & friendly nothing is too much. My last visit a special thank you to Andy & Callum both were really kind & so helpful.
Thank you

The team are always very helpful and can’t do enough for you. Never been in and couldn’t find what I needed!

Good service and friendly staff

Jollyes staff at Congleton always pleasant helpful and make sure each customer is not rushed through but taken care of - amazing in this day and age - they also all seem happy

Always friendly helpful staff. A very good range of products at affordable prices. I personally raw feed & in recent month they have expanded their range considerably. Even my dog gets excited when we drive up to the shop. She loves to go in & meet the staff & of course get a little treat in the process. 👍😁

The staff in Congleton Jollyes are always so friemdly and helpful.

Always a pleasure to shop at this store. Wonderful helpful staff.

Got 2 bulldogs and a cat and buy them top quality food think you are what you eat applies to our animals as well as us!!prices are great and occasional vouchers you send are useful!

Friendliness of the sales assistant at the till and helped me find a product. Also help to lift 15kg bag of dog food into the car. The new packaging of the James Wellbeloved dog food makes it more difficult to lift!! as it's more slippery!!

Always got what I want
