Albert Kwaah in Ghana is a very competent worker. He is very good at his Job, very respectful and reliable and humble. I always have a good experience with him
My experience with Jobyco is not great. I have used them for a couple of years. In the past once it happened that they did not turn up to collect a parcel , despite taking a day off work to be around for collection.
Recently, they have not turned up for collection for 2 weeks now, no communication.
In respond to the company’s reply:
1. First week: Did contacted on the day and was told that they are coming to collect, but they didn’t turned up. No communication afterwards.
2. They called when I was in a meeting. I called back but no answer. The company send a text afterwards that they are collecting the parcel , so I was waiting, but no further contact or picking up.

After a disappointing experience with a missed pickup, I was contacted by Jobyco, and I truly appreciate how they handled the situation. They reached out to apologise and quickly arranged for a driver to come to my address to collect my items.
A special mention goes to Phyllis from their customer service team she was extremely helpful, professional, and understanding. She made sure my items were picked up promptly and even offered me a discount as a goodwill gesture.
I really appreciate the effort Jobyco made to resolve the issue and restore my confidence in their service. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that truly matters and in this case, Jobyco did the right thing. Thank you for making it right
I have been using Jobyco for over 12 years, and my experience has been mostly positive. Most of my shipments are delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. Though there are occasional delays, I understand that such things can happen. What matters most to me is that there is always someone available to speak with and follow up. Overall, Jobyco has been consistently reliable, and I’m happy to continue using them.
I’ve shipped with Jobyco several times and the service has been reliable. There was a time my package came later than expected, which worried me, but Linda was very patient and reassuring. Thanks to her, I’ll continue trusting Jobyco.
With Obed’s help, I was able to meet a really tight delivery schedule.
Well for a very long time i have patronised jobyco for all my shipments.
Sometimes the van gets full and they rebook me for the next day or two.
The normal trend is get the bookings and wait for the pick up van. Once that is done: it's end of business.
But something new happened with my last shipment.
There is a lady there called Vanesa, and this is actually the first time she handled my bookings. After the bookings I told her to ensure that they come as booked. And she affirmed it will be done as booked and the driver will txt in the morning.
Well by mid morning, no txt and as I decided to call, then came a call and guess who was on the line...
It was Vanesa calling to check if I had been vontacted or received a txt.
When I said no, she apologised and said I should not worry. She will check and call me back. Within 5 minutes she called and said the van man will cintact me shortly.
The van man called me and and said I will be with me in about an hour.
He did came and picked my box.
Vanesa called again if my box was picked and I alright.
THIS IS WHAT WE CALL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN BUSINESS.
The little extra care shown to us remains forever, not just the bookings and picking up the box.

I think some of the workers are not competent enough. But for Vanessa at the call centre was polite, empathetic and gave a listening ear and was able to convince me not to cancel my booking. She is competent and has a business convincing skills. Thanks to her and Emmanuel the driver for Leeds. Emmanuel is also competent. The incident happened some few weeks ago
I wish there was a minus 1 star or a 1/4 star. They say boxes are marked fragile but they treat them as metal unbreakable boxes.
I just got a delivery at Oyibi on the 12th August 2025.
I would not recommend them. This is the second package in less than a month they have damaged. Vases and glasses bubbled wrap all end up broken.
The package today had the perforated washing liquid in a plastic container damaged and it ruined almost all the contents of the box.
Only ship unbreakable things with them. They deliver on time but they are the most wreck less handlers I have come across.
One day they will break a priceless item worth thousands and there will be a lawsuit waiting to bring them to their knees.
Keep ignoring our complaints and your day of reckoning will come sooner than you think

It used to be a good company. After the death of the owner things are falling apart as items are not handled properly resulting in damages and theft. Please seek alternative shipping to Ghana. after stealing or destroying your stuff they will never ever respond to your email. They dont care , they dont mind . I have sent emails upon emails on my items. Till date jobyco, the lawless company doesn't bother to respond . RIP Nana Obiri, he would have instructed someone to do the right thing. JOBYCO. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
