Very Bad first time experience and still facing this issues.

Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using Jobyco Shipping.

Based on recommendations from my wife, whose mum had used them before, I decided to give them a try. To be fair, the pickup process was smooth, even though there was very little communication about timing. But from that point onward, everything became frustrating.

I have now been in Ghana for over 2 months just waiting for my items. Trying to contact customer service is honestly one of the worst experiences ever. Calling the call centre feels completely pointless -poor communication, no proper updates, and constant back and forth with different people who all seem to say different things.

Even the first shipment that was eventually delivered was handled in complete chaos. There was barely any proper communication, and after constant chasing and confusion, they suddenly called saying they were on the way to deliver. No proper coordination whatsoever.

After several follow-ups with the delivery guys, they finally delivered one batch and promised the second batch would arrive by Saturday. That never happened. Meanwhile, another shipment I sent weeks later somehow arrived before the first one. Honestly, how does that even make sense?

My reference numbers are:J0225674J0224453

One shipment has already been received, while the other is still nowhere to be found after weeks of waiting. No proper calls, no meaningful replies, and every single time you finally manage to get through to someone, the conversation feels like they don’t even know who you are or what’s going on with your shipment. It’s honestly really frustrating and annoying.

As of now, I am STILL waiting for the remaining items. The centre in Ghana barely picks up their calls, while the London office advised me that I should have already received everything by now. Clearly, there is a serious lack of communication between both centres, which for me as a consumer is honestly appalling to witness.

At this point, it’s beyond frustrating and starting to feel ridiculous. Customers deserve proper communication, accountability, and realistic delivery timelines -especially when people are paying hard-earned money and trusting you with valuable personal items.

I really hope Jobyco improves their customer service and internal coordination because this experience has been exhausting-

We are truly sorry that your experience with Jobyco Shipping did not meet the standard of service you expected and deserved. While we are pleased that the pickup process went smoothly, it is clear that the communication and coordination that followed fell far short of our expectations.

After reviewing your feedback, it is evident that there was a significant gap in communication between our teams, which resulted in inconsistent updates, confusion regarding your shipments, and delays in the delivery process. We understand how frustrating it must have been to repeatedly follow up for information, receive conflicting responses, and experience uncertainty regarding the whereabouts of your items.

We also acknowledge your concerns regarding the handling of reference numbers J0225674 and J0224453. The lack of timely updates, poor coordination between our Luton and Ghana offices, and the difficulties you experienced reaching our customer service teams are unacceptable. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we take full responsibility for the disappointment this has caused.

We would also like to confirm that, as of 30th May, the final outstanding consignment associated with your shipment was successfully delivered. While we are pleased that all items have now reached you, we fully recognize that the delays, uncertainty, and lack of communication leading up to the delivery significantly impacted your overall experience. The eventual delivery of the shipment does not diminish the inconvenience and frustration you endured throughout the process.

Please be assured that your feedback has been escalated to the relevant departments for review. We are actively working to improve communication between our offices, strengthen shipment tracking and update procedures, and ensure our customer service teams provide more accurate and consistent information to customers. We are also reviewing our internal coordination processes to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.

We understand that trust is earned, and in this instance, we did not meet your expectations. For that, we are genuinely sorry. We value your patience throughout this process and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.

We remain committed to learning from this experience and delivering a much better service going forward. Should you choose to use our services again, we will do everything possible to ensure your next experience reflects the level of professionalism, communication, and reliability that our customers deserve.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Box arrived in Ghana and I had to call to arrange delivery after waiting for 2weeks.
They could not even explain why the box was sitting in their warehouse for 2weeks and no one bothered to call. I don't intend to use them again

I wish there was a way to give negative…

I wish there was a way to give negative star to this shipping company. Trust them at your own risk. I ship my items with them and on the 19/03/2026, I received an email that my items are in their warehouse in Ghana. Up to date on 10/04/2026, my recipient have still not received the items. Whenever I call them, I’m told the item will be delivered the next day or next two days. This is why we are not developing, building a business with lies with zero integrity and trust. I hope people stop patronising their service so that they can sit up and fix themselves.

Upon reviewing your transaction, it is important to note that the package was not received on the 19th of March; rather, it was delivered to our Accra depot on the 28th of March. We acknowledge that you received an email on the 19th; however, we wish to clarify that this was a discrepancy, which we have previously explained to you. Given your history with our services since 2022, we appreciate that you can attest to the fact that such an issue has not occurred before.

We value our customers' feedback and have taken your concerns into serious consideration.

Not reliable

Not reliable. They dont send items everyday as they claim and it sits in their warehouse for about a week. Sent items 6th February and still not been delivered in Ghana

Thank you for your feedback. We will like to however disagree with you this time. We collected your package on the 6th of February (FRIDAY) and shipped it on the 10th of February (TUESDAY). So how did your package "sit in the warehouse for a week"?
The container was received in our Accra warehouse on the 19th of March and we delivered it on the 24th & 25th of March. We have served you all these years deligently without fail and we will continue to do so.

I had the worst experience: delayed delivery and missing items

I had a very disappointing experience with Jobyco. My shipment took 10 weeks to arrive instead of the promised 4–6 weeks, which caused significant disruption to my plans.
Communication throughout was poor and unfortunately, not transparent. I was given conflicting updates and information that later proved to be inaccurate, rather than clear and honest explanations about the delays.
On arrival, the situation worsened: items were missing, and one of my boxes appeared to have been opened and re-taped, suggesting it had been tampered with. I am also still missing an entire box.
Overall, this experience fell far below expectations. I would strongly encourage the company to improve their transparency, handling processes and communication with customers.

The delay was primarily caused by the container being flagged by customs officials for a physical examination. This situation also accounts for the damage/opening observed on the boxes. We have included photographs illustrating how the boxes were removed from the container during the offloading process which we sent to you via email.

We would like to clarify that this is not a case of tampering. It is important to note that customs authorities reserve the right to inspect packages during such examinations, which may lead to tears or damage. Furthermore, there may be occasions when containers are opened without our prior knowledge or supervision, and customs officials may extract items from the packages. Regrettably, we have limited control over these actions as they are conducted without our awareness.

Additionally, we apologize for any confusion surrounding the delivery status. We are committed to enhancing our communication processes. As of April 4th, we understand that the remaining two packages have been delivered.

We remain available for any further assistance you may require.

This shipping company is running the…

This shipping company is running the business like they're located in ghana. Drivers doing the pickup cannot even give an estimate time to pickup but rather they will tell you that they will let you know when they getting closer to your address. This is UK and time is money

Shockingly bad service on this occasion

After having previously had a positive experience with Jobyco I used Jobyco Shipping Company to send a barrel and 3 boxes to Ghana in November and deeply regret it. The collection date was changed twice - they failed to show up on the scheduled day which was hugely frustrating as I had to chase to be told that they weren't coming. After finally collecting my items it took over 8 weeks for delivery - far too long for this service.

I had already left Ghana by the time my goods arrived in Kumasi. Worse still, one box was missing and when it was finally delivered it was a box that belonged to someone else. The lack of professionalism, constant delays, and poor communication made this an appalling experience. On making a complaint I was simply told that whilst they apologise for the inconvience that would not issue me even a partial refund. In this day and age the service levels fell way below expectations.

I had a very awful and a terrible experiences today. A very unprofessional company. Explain to me how goods the have been intentionally packed in boxes and wrapped in a foil unended up being opened and scattered all over. This is a shame. They mishandled my goods after chasing them severally with calls. They are just playing with the job and I'm never coming back to them. I will never recommend them not anyone.

Zero communication

I booked for a collection today and it’s 3pm no communications from them only to call to be told the driver won’t be coming after cancelling my plans . Jobyco you really can do better.

I recently spoke with Vanessa from Jobyco bout my team not being picked, and she spoke with me in fine manners and guaranteed me that she will do everything in her power to get the item picked from the initial consultation to the final pick-up.
What stood out the most was her attention to detail and her commitment to understanding, always responsive, patient with our questions, and kept us updated every step of the way.
The results have been outstanding, highly recommend Vanessa.
