Really sad to hear the news that Joanie is no more! They always had the cutest, quirkiest, comfiest and best-fitting clothes. Great quality, too. Joanie: you will be missed!

I'm so sorry to hear that Joanie is closing down. I have so many jumpers, cardigans and blouses from this lovely brand. You even persuaded me into wearing dresses for the first time with all your beautiful prints. I will miss you.

I never had an issue with Joanie the several times I ordered from them. I always get compliments on the clothes I have worn, and I will cherish them for a long time now. As a North Yorkshire brand, I feel very strongly and very proud about Joanie and I'm very sad to hear about the brand ending. The quality and sizing was always fabulous, to the point I started seeing dupes of one of the coats I still own to this day. Very sad day.

Truly shocked and gutted this wonderful brand has decided to close doors 💔. I only discovered this company over a year ago and I have purchased many clothes from them as I have been obsessed ever since my first purchase. And I wanted to expand my wardrobe with Joanie. No amounts of Joanie clothes would of ever been too much. I thought this company was thriving so sad to hear 😢. In a world full of fast fashion and bland poor quality clothes Joanie gave me the confidence and inspiration to dress a little more quirky. There will never be a brand like it, where am I going to clothes shop now. 😢

Devastated to hear the sad news of this clothing brand closing! It’s such a shame for us Joanie gals and for everyone that worked so hard to make this business a success over the last few years. Truly gutted to no longer have the opportunity to purchase clothing from this business as the quality of the clothing and services provided from this brand really were the best! I really wish this wasn’t the end as it really is a crying shame

I am absolutely heartbroken - half my wardrobe is Joanie ! Much of it bought over the last ten years and still wearing beautifully! Please keep your members in the loop if anything changes!!!

Beautifully made clothes and wonderful designs

Taken money for order, had an email to says it was dispatched 12 days ago, but no delivery. I have emailed, but no response. Phone line does not work.

Lovely dress, I had lots of compliments over Christmas wearing it. Really beautiful style and deep green velvet, very luxurious.

Gorgeous clothes that are exceptionally well made. I love the email you get ref the care of the clothes. The quality is lovely and the fit is fab.

Taken money for order, lying about dispatching it. Now won't communicate. All social media is shut down, I've got a feeling that the company is in process of going bust. I'm going to have to request money back from credit card.

This sweater not only looks great but is comfy and warm.

Purchased a few dresses on 26th Dec. These did not arrive. After chasing was told the parcel has gone missing and I would be sent whatever they had left in stock on the 8th Jan. I replied on the 9th Jan but have heard nothing since. I have sent follow up emails and a message on Facebook to try and find out what is happening with my order but I have not had a reply. I tried calling the number from the website but it doesn't connect. Thankfully for others they are currently not taking orders, as I fear I'm not getting my dresses or my money back for items never sent.

The clothes came promptly and all looked lovely. Two proved to not work for me due to my age and shape! However the two I will retain are perfect.
My problem is working out how to return the two I don’t want. I have got so far following the return portal but have got stuck! I am going to try one more time. Is there a number I can ring to talk it through with some one?

Lovely dresses at a good price point, however took four days to arrive despite me paying for Tracked24, when I complained about this I was patronisingly told it was a 'busy time of year' (take it up with Royal Mail, who you are paying to provide this service - I understand what Christmas is). Sent a dress back because it had therefore arrived too late, which has now been back with Joanie for 10 days but not 10 'working days' which is the point at which they might eventually process the refund, then I will have to wait for the money back. Almost a month from purchase and I have neither the dress nor the money I paid for it back in my account - in tight times this means I won't be purchasing from them again.

Quality and well made clothing. Sizing down too which makes me feel great 😊

I ordered a jumper at the beginning of January. Received an email telling me the date it would be delivered and time slot I would receive it. It never arrived. I still haven't received it and it's now the 19th of January. I have tried contacting the company to let them know and got an automated response that they would contact me within 48 hours they didn't. I have also tried chasing up the royal mail delivery service and it tells me it's in a Northwest hub. I have no way of finding out where it is. the telephone number for royal mail tells me the same thing as the website. So the company has my money and I still don't have my item
