Beautiful jewellery set and the recipient was delighted.

This is the second item I've brought over the last 2 years for my wife, she was over whelmed with the quality of the necklace I brought her last year and the eternity ring I brought her this year, as am I highly recommend this jewelers for quality and value for money 10/10

Over the moon about my new ruby ring. Absolutely stunning and great customer service. Arrived very quickly in a nice package.

Couldn't wish for a better or quicker service
Ordered one day delivered the next day.

Experience with Jian London was a pleasure iwas kept informed all the way through process between ordering then workshop for engraving well happy with the outcome👍

Husband purchased the Eternity 2ct Ruby Moissanite Halo Platinum plated Silver Stud Earrings for my birthday. They look great and are just the right size. Hard to know if they are worth the 50% more than the non moissanite ones but hopefully yes. I just was disappointed with the box which is more of a display box. I like to place earrings in case in a velvet ring style interior with backs secure rather than faffing about with having to secure them on a flimsy type piece of card. Maybe offer a choice of case interior types please. Other than that very happy.

What a great company. Ordered 2 sets of earrings. Really pleased with my purchase. Would definitely be ordering from them again

Brilliant product and delivered on time i will wholeheartedly recommend Jian for your jewelleries

Great service and great product. I dealt with Jane and she was brilliant, really smooth process and for my product (engagement ring) I thought it was a brilliant idea to send a replica out as I wasn't sure of the size which was actually wrong but gave me the opportunity to see that and not have to spent any extra cost in getting resized and I had a week to give the correct size before the ring was made

Excellent price and well informed delivery.
Earring are of very good quality
Well packed & presentable

Jian London provided excellent, prompt and high quality service. They went over and above to meet my requirements. Their communications is very proactive.

My wife loved the earrings and I was totally impressed by the buying experience. A good price and speedy delivery, I was particularly surprised with the packaging and presentation box they came in. No hesitation in recommending Jian London.
