Jian London Anmeldelser

The best, and only site I will be getting my jewellery from.
Excellent communication + Quick Shipping.

Extremely disappointing. I read the reviews and thought this would be a really good company to purchase a ring through. How gravely mistaken was I.

My ring was never in the package they sent to me and is no where to be found. I contacted their customer support team and they pretty much told me they're not willing to do anything.

Was suppose to be a gift for my sister who is leaving soon. What a massive let down of a company and customer service. Pray this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Wonderful customer support. I bought what I thought was a beautiful bracelet (which it was). Unfortunately it was not to my wife's taste. I was able to return the item and received a full refund within 3 working days. Thank you.

My husband bought me a beautiful bracelet for our Emerald wedding anniversary. I love it and wore it for every occasion. However, after a couple of months the clasp became loose and it kept falling off my wrist. We emailed Jian and immediately received a reply with an apology and asking for us to return the bracelet for repair. That was on Wednesday. Today is Saturday and we received the bracelet back this morning and I can wear it with confidence again. What a fantastic service. Thank you. We are delighted.

William went above and beyond to make sure my wife received the ruby and gold pendant necklace in time for her birthday, and the product itself looks well made and sparkles in the light. Very happy with Jian all round.

Jian London's jewellery is beautiful. I bought sapphire earings, necklace and bracelet and they are absolutely gorgeous. She loves them.
Delivery was very quick and the after sales service was amazing. So helpful and nothing less than perfect service. I would definitely recommend buying from Jian again.
Thank you Jian

My experience of Jianlondon was superb. The website was easy to navigate with lots of choice. I was very surprised at how quick delivery was, such a great service.

I have have been wearing my princess cut white sapphire (rhodium/platinum plated) silver tennis bracelet for a little over 2 years now, only taking off for housework.*Experience date would not let me choose as far back as July 2022.*
This was my first purchase as I didn't want to commit to anything more costly from an unknown jeweler.
I have been very happy with the bracelet which still looks as good as new after a good polish. The only downside (and the star deduction) is the clasp, which is absolutely fantastic itself and has never failed. But is now (2yrs) completely copper looking after the plating started to wear off from a small scratch quite quickly. I am reluctant to have it replaced as I worry third party interference might ruin the bracelet.
Anyway, I have recently made another purchase, a pricier item. I immediately received my complimentary silver copy, promptly delivered by the reputable RM, the same fantastic service received 2years ago, and was thrilled!
(This bespoke item will be reviewed separately as the experience has since gone downhill)
I absolutely recommend the plated items available for next day delivery they are very visually stunning, even after 2+ years of continued wear.
I will absolutely be ordering again. The matching necklace only available in plated silver is next on my Jian list.

The service was excellent. The earings were a present for my wife on our wedding anniversary and she was completely satisfied. Impressive.
Thankyou
