Great communication!
They were very good at alerting me when my package was received at their facility, when they were getting ready for it to be shipped, and when it left their facility. And their international shipping prices were very fair!

No email response, no phone support. Nothing. I am reporting this company to the appropriate authorities, I will let them handle these scammers. Pathetic!!!!!

Hi Gabriel, we see that you are a Jetkrate customer and that we have a package for you at our UK warehouse. Please note - we do not have any record of you contacting us whatsoever. We have just sent you an email to touchbase. It may be that your emails were not reaching us. Additionally, we do not provide customer support over the phone - as mentioned clearly on our contact us page: https://www.jetkrate.com/contacts/
Rest assured, we are certainly not a scam company and will work promptly to address any concerns or issues you are facing with shipping your package. We'd greatly appreciate if you can update this review if we are able to solve your problem.

I used the shipping service from NZ to EU. The user interface was easy to understand and the package was shipped promptly.
Since I had no issues, I cannot comment how damaged or missing goods cases are solved.

Great experience with the shipping options. Package arrived safely. I just wish there is an option to see the photograph of the item in the warehouse for verification purposes that it is indeed the item I ordered.

Hi Monika, thanks for reaching out to us here. We have double checked and we have no record of communication from you. Janice, our Ops Manager will email you shortly and help track down your parcel.
Please understand that courier delays are not under our control. From the point we hand over your package to the courier we only have as much visibility of your shipment as you do. We are more than happy to help you track it down ofcourse and rest assured it is insured in full in case it is lost or damaged.
We would greatly appreciate if you can please update this review with your review of only our service excluding courier delays, as low ratings do have an impact on what others perceive of our business. Thanks for your understanding.
