Great aesthetic and locker room areas, however feel like the AC is not working enough feels really hot in there all the time and over crowding is insane from 4:30 PM on weekday.

Women’s gym could be expanded such as the studio space and weights area.

PT having private session to be mindful of other users. Turning off the studio lights to dark mode for your client 🤔 I would see this as inconsiderate of others in the studio who are also training who would prefer to see the equipment they are using.

The amount of equipment and it's overall environment. However some of the equipment was broken but overall its a great experience

Very clean. I tried to go Early in the mornings. There is also a female section separate and that's good.

Customer service is above average. I was at the door searching email sent from JD gym as to how to get inside. A member of staff observed what was going on and assumed I needed help. She opened the door and I showed her the welcome mail. She checked on her device, saw my registration was completed and realise I didn't download the app.

I signed up for JD Gyms thinking it’ll be amazing compared to my previous gym (simply gym) because I had trained at Brierley and thought this was the standard across all of the gyms but now I’m thinking about going back to simply gym because a lot of the time the machines at JD Gyms West Brom are broken. The equipment is starting to show a lot of ware and needs some refurbishment.

Amazing vibe with amazing machines, don’t have to wait long to have a go.

It's been a week joined and I've come from puregym. It's a beautiful gym and the sauna is amazing.

Love the lay put go the ladies only gym and the facilities. best advice from my daughter, who is already a gym member.

I am shocked for a jd gym that this gym is not good at all , it's busy which isn't the issue it's they don't have enough equipment or attachments for how many people they allow in. The people who do the classes haven't even done that class before let alone taught it

On the 5/12/22 at around 14:15 the showers were out of order. They didn’t warn us or tell us of this news via email or any other communications to warn us before hand. Only way to finding out was when arriving to go into the showers with a notice paper on the shower doors saying out of order. A very disappointing experience

The service i recieved when I first came to JD gym was rubbish.
I say this because i am a new member and i wasnt aware i had to scan a code to get in.
I was told by member of managment when i come into the gym to get a free day pass, i then asked the black male member of staff he said no.
He then said have i registered my car i said no how do i do it, I had to figure that out myself as i didnt know the screen was on the wall instead of showing me he pointed to it.
The member of staff (black male)was sat at the front to busy on his phone not a care in the world, I was ringing the bell over and over again he couldnt care.
I myself then asked a member of the gym (english girl) how do i get in she said theres someone there then a asian guy came out of the gym (member) and he said that someone is there which there was he then let me in.

It s very clean gym , and has loads of different machines

Too many people. Less open space. Not enough lockers. A/C Not working properly. Entrance only 2 doors one for entry and one for exit. 5 or 6 doors needed for entry and exit.
Only good thing so far is Sauna that is good.

Awesome massive gym with lots of machines and equipment and a great ambience.

money went out my account when i cancelled my membership two weeks before.
