Great equipment, great space and variety, clean environment. I enjoy being able to safely work out and enjoy the music being played.

I would give this Gym 0 stars if I had the option!
where to even start with this pathetic Gym!
1) Car park is shocking! You cannot get parked at any times of the day that working people can get to the gym
2) Over crowded and full of posers and girls just there for the gram.
3) Groups of lads just hogging equipment which is actually working
4) Equipment is always broken
5) Customer service is an absolute joke. Been trying to cancel my membership for 3 weeks now and I have send multiple emails and they are just ignoring me

Best gym I have attended and would recommend. Great service, equipment and always helpful and polite staff 👍🏼

First proper time at a gym and everything I needed was there and got some help from my friends on getting started, really good time

Was fantastic

Great that it’s open 24/7, I can go after work with ease!
My only issue is that I feel like I’ve downgraded from my old gym as the cardio equipment is very old and clunky and doesn’t record things properly, thankfully I use my watch for this!
Unable to find the sanitizer to wipe things down after use but I did find red buckets with cloths in, unsure if that is this?
I feel the changing rooms need to be open later to as I’m having to go to work in gym clothes as when I’m going to the gym the changing rooms are shut.
The price isn’t that far off my old gym and the amount of people that go I feel they could invest in better equipment.
Also leg curls and extension machines are not built for short people

Staff are really helpful and great gym loads of equipment to use

I joined the gym 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it. At first the gym is very large and quite over whelming, I think with no reception or staff about that makes it harder with using the machines for the first time. But apart from that it's great, women's room is really good. The gym itself is very clean and the facilities are fantastic. I haven't tried a class yet.

I’ve had nothing but I great experience with this gym. I struggle with anxiety, but saw there was a women’s only gym. As soon as I walked in there I felt relaxed and calm. There’s also classes that take place. Me and my friends do Pilates and dance class. It’s so much fun and the coach’s that run these classes are so lovely. Nothing but comfort.

Just one thing I don’t like,it’s very cold inside.

I’ve been going to MANSFIELD JD GYMS for about 5 years now and it has made such a positive impact on my health and wellbeing. You’re looked after by a company of brilliant professionals who care about you getting the best out of your exercise experience. The equipment is good, but I mainly attend for the varied and brilliant classes. Special mention to Louise for her fun filled and fantastic zumba classes ( especially love our themed ones), Tiffany for her expert yoga instruction that has transformed my posture and helped to treat aches, pains and locked in tension and Lilly for her brilliant energy and encouragement at Pilates, Dance Fit and Spin. It’s like being part of a huge friendly community and I always feel it’s a highlight of any day.

Today I had an induction with the lovely Natalie, she showed me around the gym and was very thorough going through the equipment rooms classes ect.
I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable, thank you. 😊

Just joined, entry system easy and simple to use via app. staff are super friendly. Knocked on hub and they gladly took me for a walk-around. (Ive beem to previous gyms before so i know how most of the machines work and most have imagery on how to use) Very spacious. Been a handful of times, not had any problems.

It is very cold though.
