This is an Amazing gym here at Gorseinon Swansea💪 this gym has recently been refurbished! Also the Cardio room has been upgraded with all the latest Cardio M/C’s
This gym enjoys the benefit of Air con also this gym is about to become 24/7!

Happy Days

Was a road runner but had to stop due ill health, joint Simply in 2019 then JD took over and from the opening its was a WOW and it's still a WOW and that is down to Amy and her TEAM, the gym is spotless the equipment is always in the right place, there is a very friendly atmosphere with all the members and this due to how the staff interact with members always a smile and very helpful, I have built my own gym but I will not give up my membership at JD due the friendship I have with members and staff.

Gorseinon branch of JD gyms is fantastic Ami the manager and her staff are truly incredible very knowledgeable and helpful the cleanliness of all areas is amazing the machines are kept in perfect condition vending machines are always full a . A truly friendly place to train 😊😊

Appalling customer service. I requested a cancellation of my membership. Had a frustrating response. No follow up so far to a recent email. Glad to be leaving. When the gym was a simply gym, customer service in respect of contracts was good. Now, in my experience, terrible.

Staff are very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and someone is always available to help if needed, nothing is too much trouble for them. I have never felt out of place or out of my depth because both the staff and other gym users have been so welcoming. The gym is well equipped and has a variety of classes to choose from.

Brilliant gym, clean, and all the staff are really friendly. Have had a few PT sessions with Nat and she has been excellent, with a great depth of knowledge and so encouraging & engaging. Would recommend!

Fantastic, friendly gym. As someone who is anxious in the gym environment JD gym Gorseinon is perfect. It has all the kit needed, always clean, clean changing rooms and friendly staff that will always go the extra mile.

This gym is the best! It is clean, good range of cardio/free weights and fixed equipment and, above all, it has a friendly feel to it. Amy (a fantastic manager) must lead from the top with passion and positivity because the entire team works with that attitude. I have used, consistently, Jack for PT work which keeps me happy and motivated. Easy to get to, great parking (overflow available) and a truly brilliant place - it’s definitely my safe space!

Staff very approachable and always willing to help if need any guidance, overall got all the equipment needed and very well maintained.

Solid gym with a great community, lots of energy and positivity. The staff make it an awesome place, especially Marcus making time for all members being energetic and engaging.

I can’t say enough good things about Jd gym, especially Marcus. From the moment you walk in, Marcus is always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. Whether it’s advice on form, recommending a workout, or just offering encouragement, Marcus goes above and beyond every time.

What really stands out is how approachable Marcus is—nothing is ever too much trouble, and he always takes the time to explain things clearly. He makes the atmosphere at the gym so much more positive and motivating.

It’s rare to find someone as dedicated and genuinely supportive as Marcus. He’s a real credit to the team!

I was a former member of simply gym
for many years, and when it changed to JD I was very impressed with the new equipment and happy with the layout etc.

Have all been truly amazing over the year's..putting through your paces on the hit classes 🥵
I do miss the rawness of simply gym because Marcus would have eye of the tiger on the boom box on classes and my level would go up that extra 50%!!🤣
I agree with Adrian comments, its like going to see gym friends with the members and staff,always feel welcome there and have made friends for life especially Marcus.
I wish JD gym could go back to simply's hours 5.30am and classes starting from 5.45am,this was ideal for me personally and speaking to other members they agree. I am forced to use llansamlet jd on occasions because of their flexibility,this doesn't make sense as jd Gorseinon is literally a minute from my house!
And nearly forgot will 💪
