Best Gym EVER
I came to look around before joining and the member of staff was very helpful and informative. Plus I’ve wanted to join a new gym that had a sauna that was open 24hrs a day. I’ve saved money since joining and I continue to have access to free classes. VERY HAPPY NEW MEMBER

QR code is not working
I paid for membership but my QR scanner is not working i also drop a mail to the gym but they can’t help me I can’t enter in the gym i think i waste my money 👎

Oh no! We're really sorry that you were unable to gain access to the gym on this occasion, but please don't let that be your last visit...
Our gyms have barriers at the entrance which you can open using our contactless entry app. If you are unable to gain entry for whatever reason, there is a green button near the gates. Press that and it alerts a member of staff to your presence. Someone will come over to help.

Facilities are great and the environment is gym appropriate, only thing I wish it did , was display music videos or gym related things on the tvs that are there, but other than that everything is great.

Scale in women’s changing room is broken, some of the equipments are broken.

The gym is a mess
The gym is a mess. A lot of devices are out of order. Dumbbells are all over the place even in non-dumbbell areas. Devices are low in count. Some are even missing.

No good parking constant parking…
No good parking constant parking tickets,air conditioning malfunctioning smells of body odor and very unhygienic sauna area need constant cleaning

We are sorry to hear that you have received a parking ticket. When parking at our Bradford gym you can stay for 2 hrs with no reg entry. However, if you would like to stay longer you will need to input your registration number into the ipad which is inside the gym.
With regards to the cleanliness of the sauna area, we do have regular cleaning in operation, however if you think something has been missed, please notify a member of staff so that they can arrange for this to be resolved without delay.

Normally love this gym but after…
Normally love this gym but after rejoing this month it seems to have gone down hill. In the women’s section I’ve noticed a few of the weight machines are broken and a couple of treadmills also out of service

Thanks for leaving us some feedback. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken.
We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

Easy to join
Easy to join. Staff being Fatima was great. Women only gym great. Can work out in main section and men very respectful unlike some other gyms. All round a solid experience. This is the Bradford gym.

Entrance is an issue too many members…
Entrance is an issue too many members around makes it’s uncomfortable to enter.
Ladies gym area very small and it’s gets very busy, not have enough equipment in ladies only area, some equipment are faulty i.e treadmill, it hasn’t been fixed for longe time other members has mentioned. No ladies only class in the evening which is a shame because the studio is so big and very nice..
I have spoken to some members who inform they don’t like to attend any classes because it’s mix.. toilet need to be clean more often it’s get dirty very quickly. Sauna, shower is very nice. Male staff need to give more noticed when coming to ladies only area.

Small, damaged and understaffed.
Started at Bradford JD after using both birstall and Leeds South in the past. Quite a few of the machines in the gym are broken, missing levers or simply out of order/awaiting repair, this wouldn't be too much of an issue in a bigger gym but as this is a smaller gym which is very busy it causes issues. The gym is also very untidy with a lot of the weights not correctly re-racked and therefore a pain to find when needed, I know this is due to gym goers themselves but I think this could be rectified with more staff around the gym as at times it is very hard to find any members of staff.

I am really happy with the gym and the…
I am really happy with the gym and the facilities there so far. It was really busy the first week of Jan and we couldn't get on the treadmills but at the weekend its pretty quiet and everything was free. There is a treadmill out of order that needs sorting. The changing rooms and saunas are great. Yet to try any classes but the studio and other areas look well equiped. Wayne at the front desk is amazing and was really helpful, so was Nas, they made rejoining very easy for me and my daughter,Thank you.

Good gym but some disadvantages
Gym is spacious and a lot of equipment but many machines out of order and women’s changing area doors are constantly open which is not nice. Parking by the gym is so small people are blocking other cars by parking opposite it which makes it almost impossible to get out.
