My experience with Jacember was great! I recently purchased my daughter’s quinceañera dress. I had been looking for this very specific design everywhere at a decent cost. I was nervous since there aren’t many reviews out there, but I trusted the process since the price was amazing. It was worth the try and I am so happy I did. The process was very easy you message them through a WhatsApp number and they give you a link to pay, you exchange details on your order and once they have your dress made they will send you a video to check on last details then you approve the dress and right after that they will ship your package. I received my package in 5 days. Total process took about 23 days.
The product exceeded our expectations, it is beautiful and very well.

I ordered my dress all the way from Honduras and it came and it is beautiful am so happy ….and Dora was such a sweet heart she answer all my doubts and she stood with me all the way through Am happy I took a chance

Dress is absolutely stunning, exactly as shown on the photo. I have already two dresses from them and both are great. Materials are good quality. They don’t rip off or wear off or decorations does not fall off even despite hours of wearing and dancing in it. Next, the contact with customer service is the best I’ve had. After placing the order your assistant contacts you first to confirm measurements, delivery time. Also if you have some questions along the way the assistant is very approachable.

Honestly, I really loved it she listened to what I wanted and knew exactly what to do I’m fully satisfied. Also it came SUPER fast

So incredibly happy with my experience with Jancember. I was a bit iffy at first because I haven't seen much reviews but I decided to take a chance and was not disappointed. Communication was great the whole time,they were very thoughtful after I sent in measurements and asked about things like how high my heels would be? Etc something I haven't even considered so I really appreciate their level of detail. I was sent photos and videos of my finished dress just before they sent it out which I really appreciate and the dress was finished a lot faster that I thought it would and I am so grateful. The customer service was great, they were very nice people who answered all the questions I had. They sent me videos and pictures of the dress every step of the way. With my wedding being so soon they really came through on making sure the dress came in on time for my wedding. The wedding dress was very gorgeous everyone loved my wedding dress!!

I highly recommend Jancember to anybody searching for a high-quality dress on a budget. I was admittedly very hesitant at first, but Jancember outperformed my expectations. Their prices are unmatched and the customer support specialist was extremely responsive, almost always responding within 5 minutes. They were also able to abide by our special requests and the experience was extremely smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I was a bit nervous about ordering my dress, as there weren’t many reviews available about this company. I even ended up looking at reviews from other countries just to get a better sense of the quality. I eventually came across a TikTok video from a bride in Mexico who ordered from Jancember and looked absolutely stunning. That gave me the confidence to go for it.

From the moment I placed my order, the customer service team was fantastic. They stayed in regular contact with me throughout the process and made sure to confirm important details like the height of my shoes (to get the dress length just right) and whether I wanted a different lining color. They were professional, responsive, and truly attentive to the little things that matter.

While they weren’t able to send photos during the dress-making process as they initially hoped, they did promise to send detailed pictures and videos once the gown was complete for my final approval, and they followed through on that. It made me feel much more at ease making such a big purchase online.
